The employees that make the food are extremely rude, they make comments and complain whenever I go in and order and then they don’t even make the order correct and half the modifications are missing. This location is terrible and has AWFUL customer service.

I ordered a New York steamer, it was supposed come with pastrami, but how you can see they didn’t put the pastrami. I paid for the fully sandwich and got half of it. I really don’t recommend it the workers are serious and they don’t care about the customers.

Store, Quick Check #45 on Morris Avenue is the store that you can call family, the staff is great, and truth be told they are not perfect but they are very hard workers with a smile even when they don’t feel like smiling I am there every day if I’m not there then that means something is wrong with me, and not them when I first started going there I felt a warm and loving and caring establishment, when I walk up in there the customer service is awesome that’s what keep me coming there I can not say one bad thing about that store it’s aways clean in there always, unlike the one on Stuyvesant Avenue I have seen bugs in there nets and had a really bad odor in there, but I never smell anything like that in store #45 i love going there before I go to work all the laughers I get from there get through my, Elyse is a very hard worker who keeps the customers coming back to the store everyday and if it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t be in there because her customer service is phenomenal, and Alex also I can’t leave her out, And they take a lot from the rude customers that come up in there everyday I see it, like I stated before I’m there everyday, that’s the best Quick Check I have been in when I’m there I feel welcome and I also feel good spirits in there when I walk through the door people think I work there because I do help them when the customers ask me a question and also some of the delivery people!😂😂😂😂😂🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🤗

For the second morning I am looking for the product called stromboli that they prepare and for the second morning they don't have it, the worst thing is that they don't put a sign indicating that they don't have it in stock and so you don't waste your time requesting it. I live near here, that's why I come here, but the service in this store is terrible.

That place would run much better if they get people with better customer service skills. The chunky woman with the glasses and short hair acts as if she’s too good to serve customers, and she’s extremely rude. That place used to be great until they started hiring lazy people.

The store is run best when the two young brothers are running it. Otherwise the store is not that well-managed the subs are either soggy, messy or that store needs a good cleaning and scrubbing of the floor the front doors and everything. Just go to the one on Stuyvesant avenue and you'll see the difference even in the workers attitudes

Horrible stay away!!! The big fat worker/manager/owner is ignorant and unprofessional. She I was trying to steal a $1.99 butter roll I was instructed by the cashier to tell sandwich makers the roll was pay for. Instead of trying to act like a lady she came at me like a linebacker and told me don’t come back. Please stay away and go to Wawa.

This place has unfriendly staff. They even look at you with nasty looks. The store is dirty, the soup is good sometimes, other times you can tell it's been there for a while. Once the pot was cold and they didn't even care. I used to like the soups, but now, Ill never come here again. There is only 1 nice person that works here. They run out of stuff a lot. Go to a different location.

Not the friendliest/ cleanest/ place. I stopped at this location to pick up a few essentials and snacks after work, there were two young females that literally ignored my questions and when I finally arrived at the counter I was trying to be sweet and small talk with the cashier (despite her attitude), but she made a face and turned away to started making fun of a previous customer that was ahead of me. So rude.
