A notice should be place and their system should be updated not to be able to register and sit as a standby and place where everyone can see. After sitting over and hour and seeing all the people before and new ones coming in and go and asking their employee that my name disappear from the standby list I'm told I need an appointment. It's Ridiculous!!!

Even if you make an appointment there is a long wait. Seems like they don't have enough staff to be having 3-4 patients scheduled at the same time. Poor service

Horrible customer service and RUDE RUDE RUDE. Reception area window is covered with paper saying, "This is NOT a reception area." Totally impersonal and they don't care about people.

First time at this location, a very positive experience overall. A professional phlebotomy staff, easily find my vein (that hides) and didn't even leave a mark. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.

Wasted an hour driving, no clear parking, muni lot. Got there 12 min late and they would not take me. Walking only with a long line sitting waiting for appointments. Tech tried to be useful in rescheduling me but could not navigate their computer. I left with nothing. Older people trying to schedule in front of me for 10 minutes on their computer(another reason why I was late), also no luck. Wish my employer did not require to do quest. I have always used labcorp no issues, easy walking or appointment scheduling and rescheduling.

Lol don't be fooled by the good reviews there's no receptionist, no bathrooms they don't take walk ins like they say the do, absolutely horrible in here who ever owns this place should rot in hell this is the opposite of how a business should be run the health with out the care for sure COVID's done bro time to get rid of the kiosk and put some hospitality at the desk

If you can give a place 0 stars this place would deserve it. The technicians are absolutely terrible with horrible customer service skills and complete disrespect for patients. Their website, kiosk, and waiting room TV all indicate walk-in service as an option. This is perfect so a fecal sample because most people can’t have a pre planned, scheduled bowel movement. I entered at 7:30 (opening time) with stool sample and paperwork in hand- they refused to accept it and said I needed to check in on the kiosk to request an appointment. The earliest appointment was 9:50 - I reserved it and had a seat. When the tech came back out I again explained the reason for my visit and she said they’ll be right with me. 35 minutes later, no one called my name - a tech came back and when I asked when I’d be called, they said at my appointment time. I told her I had been waiting, that I came in at opening, all they had to do was take the sample with completed paperwork and that I was a walk-in - she said they don’t honor walk-ins at that location despite all of the advertising that they do and I’d have to wait until 9:50. Completely disrespectful of my time and terrible communication to make someone think they’ll be served but instead force them to wait two hours.

Do not anticipate customer service. This is something of a bygone era for Quest Diagnostics. I came in and the only human around was a nasty #UnionTwp cop sitting in the waiting area. I checked in on the kiosk, see pic... for the lab tech to come out to make me redo the check in process, based on instructions that are not provided or posted anywhere.

They are terrible in their customer service … rude as hell!!!! I have been to different labs and no issues… this place is the worst!!! U would think being in union better attitude… if u don’t need to go there don’t!!! Rude for no reason.. was not even late to say maybe tired … 2 ladies that assisted were terrible … tall lady at machine was condescending… and then lady who helped in back in lab even worse! Nope never again

They refused me for a sample drop off because I didn’t have an appointment. Sample drop off. The one in Roselle took me in with no problem because they stated sample drop offs are different. This place is completely not personal.

This place has no regard for scheduled appts or peoples' time. I was the only one in the waiting area and arrived 10mins before my scheduled appt. No one greeted me or stepped out to ask about the appt. Very unprofessional
