Worst customer service ever, we waited about 35 minutes to get assisted even when the store was pretty empty and everyone looks like they don't care about you if it's not their assigned work area.

Ran into a last second jam and needed a power saw to complete what I was doing. $18 rental for 4hrs. Did have to purchase my own blade. But overall very happy with the experience and turnaround.

Stay as far away from the design studio as much as possible. The team consisting of Nettie and Kate, lead by manager Gerald, are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. If I could give 0 stars I would. We got tossed around between designers, things got massively lost in those handoffs, they didn't respond to emails accurately, and things were generally extremely frustrating. Their manager, who was CC-ed on all communications, didn't even see the need to step in. We'll take our $100k for a remodel elsewhere.The takeaway? Stay away.

Today I went in the store to make a purchase, went to the pro desk to check out, the line was long, so I decided to take a look what was going on, I only saw one lady checking out customers and the rest was sitting conversating and having a good time, I literally had to approach them and tell them we needed help, where are the managers in this department, this is ridiculous

Throw the whole store away. These people are rude and no one wants to work. I asked an associate for help as she was walking around with her coffee cup and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I asked her to walk 10 feet and verify a price since she had a scanner on her hip. Never again. Won't spend money in this store EVER

traffic master wood floor ---don't buy any wood flooring from this company - product is defective - it was professionally installed and nevertheless buckled and lasted two months. Had to rip up entire floor, and of course no help from home depot - the manager MARK said he would help - but did nothing except send out a fake inspector - from the company, traffic master- who looked at the floor and denied the claim - a total sham. Thousands wasted -awful product -no help from Manager Mark at home depot or from Traffic Master - Home Depot buys cheep product and then they do not stand behind it.Look at the other reviews - this store is a disaster - go to a regular flooring store and stay away Home Depot-

David works in gardening At the Home Depot on Springfield Avenue in New Jersey.I came there because my plant was dying. I called plant doctors, I looked online & I even went to YouTube. Couldn’t get the help I needed to save her. I told David my dilemma and he showed me how to save her using products from Home Depot,and it worked. If Home Depot was smart they would give David a blog showing people how to save and grow and nurture their plants using products from Home Depot because it’s just what he showed me how to do with mine. Thank you David for being who you are and caring about plants it shows??.

Store is total piece of crap. There are employees standing around doing nothing and only one register open. Random crap all over the aisles no one seems to care. An employee called for another employee to help at the pro desk for 20 mins straight. Totally unorganized and not worth the trip, I highly recommend going someplace else. I personally will never come back here, even if my life somehow depended on it.
