I don’t understand the negative reviews. I come here all the time and my car comes out looking fantastic every time. I was initially writing a review for the hand waxing service they have, but I felt obligated to add that first part after seeing the negative reviews. Anyway, they have a hand wax service that’s really great. For $60, you first get a wash and dry, then they wipe the interior, clean the windows, vacuum the floors and do a hand wax. It’s as good as any detailing service I’ve used, and it only takes about a half hour so they do it while you wait. And they are meticulous. A great service to do if your car needs a solid cleaning and wax job.

My car came out still dirty, so I brought it to there attention and they were kind enough to let me go through again but it came out still dirty!! I drove 20 minutes to come here because I am not from the area and could not find a drive through carwash anywhere! Just leaving a review to give y'all a heads up that this wash does not wash your car and I do not need someone rubbing the dirt around to with a towel when exiting the "wash" I will be here for 6 months...where does a girl find a good drive thru carwash?♀️

HORRIBLE…. Your car comes out the same way it went in. I am a business owner myself and I always recommend people to speak to the owner when they are dissatisfied with a service. That way the owner will have a chance to remedy anything you are dissatisfied with before choosing to write a negative review. Last year, I spoke with the owner about the lack of service from her equipment and lack of customer service from her staff. However, nothing has been done to resolve her equipment issues or the lack of interest in her staff. Forget about them towel drying your car once it comes out the wash, you mind as well just keep driving and dry your car off yourself. I am always stuck scrubbing my car off to remove residue and dirt from the many spots water did not touch at all. I spoke to one of the staff members about it, she recommended that I write a negative review. It was frustrating because instead of her grabbing a towel herself and helping me wipe down my car, she insisted I write a negative review. Goes to show you how your employees couldn’t care less about your business. So just hiring anyone is not always conducive to your business. I usually go to the car wash on North Ave and they do a spectacular job EVERY TIME. But when I just want a quick car wash, I come here. But, NEVER AGAIN, I have given them chance after chance to get it right, but they disappoint every time.

I just canceled my subscription because I found out the machine was scratching my car every time I went. Poor costumer service. Nobody inside there can give a real solution and now my car is scratched because this place. I won’t recommend anybody this place. Keep your car safe

AVOID!! Went in for a car wash and car came out with a dent and a scratch. Owner and employee refused responsibility when the car is brand new.
