My experience here was wonderful. Customer service was amazing. Mia the representative is amazing she has great customer service skills and people skills. The rest of the team just as amazing. A wonderful team.

I have had my car serviced here many times previously without any issues, but ran into a problem after the last service and then was disappointed with the response. I had the vehicle serviced and then about 6 weeks later noticed a puddle of fluid in my garage. I wanted to have this checked out right away, so I went to a different Honda service department closer to my office and they found the oil plug was loose. This was clearly from the prior service at Plant Honda (they even indicated that in the service record as in the attached photo), so I went back to Planet Honda to ask that they reimburse the $225 it cost me to have that diagnosed and fixed. They were not willing to do anything even though I would have accepted a service credit rather than a refund.
I will no longer be going to this location and would also recommend finding another place as this is not the level of service quality I would expect from a Honda dealer.

Do not go to Planet Honda unless you want to be met with poor customer service/rude staff. The registration process -- asking a few questions and voicing concerns about a diagnostic fee -- was enough for the rude staff to show their true colors, especially when it came down to money. I was surprised because we were really looking forward to getting our vehicle issue diagnosed and fixed, sadly we had to leave because of the poor customer service. They were sarcastic and rude instead of empathetic when the customer voices concern about costs, especially knowing that the high costs for vehicle repair is among the top concerns for any customer going to a dealership for service. It is surprising that they show no skill in conflict resolution, not even management. We went to VIP Honda (trust me, this is not an endorsement of any dealership) and were treated with kindness, respect, and most importantly, effectively explained the process and they were transparent with costs. This is just an observation, but I imagine the staff being older and more experienced at VIP Honda has a lot to do with the better customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further down route 22 for better service.

What they did to me was a big scam, I bought a used Kia, at a very expensive price. In addition to that, the bus had not been working properly for a month when the engine broke down. They still haven't repaired it and they don't even answer my calls. The bus had had a recall before giving it to me and they lasted 4 days with it. I paid a lot for the vehicle and it supposedly has a 36,000 mile engine and transmission warranty and what they said they only covered repairs and what they did was call the insurance to evaluate it to see if it covered the cost of a used engine that supposedly had The labor is $11,000 dollars... apart from that, I lasted 6 days with the temporary license plate expired and what they gave me was an extension and the biggest thing about the case is that they did not even give me a courtesy car. I have 20 days without the car. I can barely go to work and I almost have to pay for it without having it without using it and if the insurance doesn't cover it I have to pay the dealer 1300 dollars for the disassembly of the engine and take it away like this damaged some m4ldit0s scammers what they are

I don’t recommend this service department specially service advisor Alejandra, she was very rude and unprofessional. Not willing to help don’t know what she’s doing. Don’t ever come to this dealership.

Horrible experience with horrible employees. I left my car there around 8 am for a routine check up and I didn’t receive my car until later in the afternoon and when I went to pick it up my car was nowhere to be found. I waited 1 hour for my car after it was ready. Turns out the mechanic took my car for his own personal use. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. My car should not have left the property unless I am the one driving it. They’re probably doing the same things with other cars.
