This is our experience from this 4.6-star dealership with 12,000 reviews in Google. (1) Received an internet quote with $3,100 discount but $899 document fee. Confirmed thru phone that the quote does not require any package or extended warranty. (2) Upon arrival they did NOT honor the quote immediately, charging me $995 appearance package and $1,400 ceramic coating. (3) I pushed back and somehow they managed to remove those so-called "pre-installed" packages. (4) Provided me a new quote which charged the $1,325 destination fee TWICE. I pointed out and the sale manager Nick lost temper, took away our printed out internet quote, forced us out yelling "Have a nice day" repeatedly on our faces. My advice is to think twice before visiting this unfriendly, unprofessional dealership. They will both exploit and traumatize you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I was kept there for SEVEN hours waiting to complete paperwork only to find out that they did not honor their "word" on selling at internet price. I'm disabled & was exhausted. Now I'm left with a feeling of being extremely taken advantage of. I'm kicking myself for being broken that way. Not good for someone that battles depression.

We've been long term customers of PH but got major ick vibes from them this time. They were over pressuring us when we made it clear we needed options and just told the facts not what we were gona get that day considering our lease with them isn't up for 10 months. The manager made us feel inadequate as parents and asked us if we cared about our daughters safety when we wouldn't sign for the new 2024 CRV lol. We have a 2022 CRV so idk what his motive was there but it didn't work and if anything we won't be going back because of it.

They won't have the car until you don't need their service. I was looking for a specific Honda and I was told that it wasn't available after I placed an appointment to view the vehicle. So I go somewhere else and I get non stop calls from their dealership agent that informed me that the car wasn't available then somehow it became available. It just wasn't the best timing. I respect the Honda company I just don't like the constant calling after I said I don't need the car no more.

Was trying to sell my car, and got a KBB quote online. This is a service which quotes an estimate, and then puts you in touch with dealers who are meant to give you an offer in line with that, assuming the condition of the car matches what you submit. I called them before showing up because I didn't want to waste my time... the lady that I talked to assured me that they would do an inspection of my car (putting it on a lift) and give me an offer. So I made an appointment and showed up. Took over 10min before someone even came to get my key (FYI this whole process is meant to take 15-30min). Then I just waited a while. This whole time I can see my car sitting in the parking lot exactly where I had left it. Eventually one of the guys tells me that he doesn't have room for my car in his inventory. They knew the details about the car initially... the should not have wasted my time if they did not have the appetite for a porsche sports car.

Despite calling in to double confirm our appointment and the truck's availability to ensure a smooth transaction, my senior parents experienced a very disappointing experience after a 7 hour round trip.Upon arrival, no one even seemed to have any idea about existence of the truck. While an alternative was offered, it came with nearly $10k difference in price. This lack of preparedness and the oversight led to a stressful experience for our family.

Finally came in to Planet Honda today to figure out what I should do since my lease was coming to an end. I had my hopes on buying out the lease I currently have but after going through all of my options with Andrew Boulos, my husband and I decided to get a new Honda HR-V. Andrew was an exceptional salesman and really took the time to understand our budget and what we needed for our future. He was so patience going through all the options with us and helping us make an informed decision.

Stay away, my husband bought a used Traverse here less than a year ago it was a 2016 and it was $24,000 so it was not some kind of clunker that you would expect to need work. Less than one year later and we are putting in a new transmission to the tune of $6,400 They take no responsibility because we didn't pay for an extended warranty. I would not recommend my worst enemy to come here. Absolutely no integrity

I made an appointment for 7/8/23 to visit Planet Honda on RT 22 dealer to test drive a specific Honda Civic vehicle, and confirmed the day before the vehicle was in stock and on the lot. We arrived and my 17 year old daughter test drove the car - and loved it. The salesman (Cesar) indicated he would need to 'clean up the car' before we took possession of it - a clear indication the car was available to be sold.We then proceeded to his desk, where the negotiation was difficult based on the online quote I was shown and what he was proposing. We got to a point where he then brought out a sales manager - who in passing said 'we will have to order you a car since this one was sold'. He literally just dropped that into the conversation. It was infuriating. I spent 90 minutes at the dealership....test drove a car, wanted the car and was prepared to strike a deal for the car lease, and then told that the car was never even available. Never told until after we were close to a deal. Total bait and switch!!! The sales manager then says the same car we want should be available in a few weeks and he will honor the deal we struck. The salesman Cesar tells us we will get a call every Friday with updates until the car is in. That was 4 weeks ago and we have not received a single call or email since that day. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership in over 30 years (and that was my daughters very first car buying experience). I will tell anyone who will listen to NEVER shop from that dealership.

Salesman Josh Manners helped me..Great customer service,he made me feel welcome.He did not rush me and did not treat me as a NUMBER..Honda car are THE TRUTH...Manager was very good as well, did not push and was patient..Finance department was alil pushy but the salesman and manager kept me happy thus 5 stars...Go to honda planet and dont go to honda 22.I almost made that mistake...PLANET HONDA,BABY
