I been there for almost a year and I been given another chance but this is my last one.One time they cut it too short and it looks like someone new , very unprofessional I went and spoke with the owner when I asked her who did and she said I did but was horrible ,my two Shih- Tzu look like rats and last time they didn’t shape the face they didn’t and this time once again . I’ll not come back .

Love this place! Have been taking my cat Myles here for about a year now for a nail trim and caps and the staff is amazing. They always do such a great job and treat him like a celebrity! The owner is super sweet and always makes us feel welcome and we can trust Myles is in good hands.

Definitely recommend!I took my puppy here for the first time after being new to the area, i was a little nervous, but she did NOT let me down !! I told her what kind of cut i wanted & she did exactly that!! She will definitely be my puppys primary groomer!♥️??

Unfortunately, I have been waiting almost 3 weeks to be contacted by management and have heard nothing. I dropped my cat off with the instructions of shaving down her extremely long hair, especially the mane. Upon returning home, I come to find her tail shaved besides the last ball of it and her mane left still too long. I am horrified that they shaved her tail, and the haircut does not even alleviate the issues she has with her mane. It’s so long that she can’t properly clean herself as the long hair is sticking in her mouth and blocking her body. The grooming was too expensive, considering she did not get a bath or anything further than a haircut.

My poodle looks so bad. The cut was sloppily executed w/ little effort to detail. They shaved all her hair off leaving bald spots and they didn’t even clean her ears (so much wax and fur in them).To make matters worse, the groomer told me she accidentally cut my dog. At first glance, it looked like a small nip so I didn’t make a big deal about it. However, on closer inspection at home, I realized how deep of a gash it is.This has been the worst grooming experience. The aftermath has been a vet visit to tend to her now infected wound and clean her ears. I've also had to go out to buy her some clothing to cover up the botched haircut while I wait for it to grow back. Never again!

i called and asked for availability, i was able to get an appointment the next day. However, i came an hour early by mistake and they still accepted my chewy with open arms. Due to postpartum depression chewy was in a little rough state due to him skipping a few months and they took him in with no judgement no extra fees and had him done within an hour +1/2 ! I’m so happy i found them and i will be returning and i highly recommend! Thank you Paully Hollywood ! You don’t understand how much you have helped me.
