Julio was hands down one of the best car salesmen we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he available to communicate any time we needed him but also went above and beyond to ensure we received our brand new Subaru Ascent Touring on time. This was one of our first big purchases as a married couple and to know it was a seamless process was relieving! Open Road Subaru was professional, and knowledgeable. The general sales manager even came out to greet me the day I went in for a test drive and that truly sold me! Just to know that a manager took their time to meet with me even though I wasn’t purchasing that same day showed me how much they value customer care. Don’t sell your car here. I called to set an appointment and start gathering documents for the appointment but the sales associate refused to tell me what kind of paperwork I might need during the appointment. Ended up canceling the appointment because this incompetency and inflexibility was bound to occur during the appointment as well.

We cannot say enough great things about Kagan Senol, our salesman at Open Road Subaru-Union. Kagan is an absolute pleasure to work with. We found a Subaru on their website, and Kagan’s professionalism shone through in every interaction. He promptly responded to our inquiries, and when we arrived for our appointment, Kagan was ready with the Subaru we wanted to test drive. He made the entire purchasing process seamless and stress-free. While we’re very pleased with the dealership, it’s Kagan who truly made the difference in our experience. Even after the sale, Kagan continued to be responsive to our questions and even went above and beyond by delivering our license plates to our home. What more could you ask for? Test drove a certified pre owned subaru, dealership was the sole one owner of the vehicle. I decided to purchase the vehicle even though the back right rotor was warped and needed fixing. I agreed to purchase with the stipulation that the service be completed at time of purchase. I rearranged my schedule to pick up the car and the service was not complete. I was shuffled from one person to another a bunch of times having to repeat myself because inter-office communication is non-existant. I spoke with the used car manager the following day who then had the nerve to raise his voice at me. (Great sales technique, right?) I put in a call to the manager who I still have not heard back from. And to top it off, it took them over a week to figure out how to process my refund for my deposit. Don't waste your time with these fools. So unprofessional.
