The lady who answers the calls sounds like she’s falling asleep
They are nice only at the beginning when you’re buying a car , after that good luck to you !!

By far my best experience at a dealership ever. Alyssa was amazing and went above and beyond to make my most minimum detail a priority. Never experienced such open and honesty. If there’s anyone who’s looking for a Chevy, go to open road and make sure you work with Alyssa, it’s just hard to put in words how great my experience was, I guess best way is to say it was like meeting up with a friend and talking for a while, but at the same time getting honest and great deals on vehicles.

1st time at Sevice Dept. Terrible service. Terrible sevice manager. Would not extend any help a for new customer. Very Defensive. Also service personnel not wearing mask during pandemic. Especially the manager himself. Apparently they cannot follow their own protocols. Go somewhere else. Pay more if you have to. This is not worth your time. Seems like dealership service departments are all the same lately when is comes to keeping satisfied customers.
Update: Been here since above posting and found the service up to par.

The worst service after purchasing, they send you the plates whenever they want, a 35 thousand dollar car is stopped because it does not pass inspection for the two front tires and no one gives me a solution. The worst thing is, no one responds and the managers refuse or do not respond.

I bought a car from here had it for 3 months and never got registered and they never returned my down payment. Try Getting a hold of them never answer me back. Please don't buy from here. When I talked to sale representative Alyssa, she said that oh, it was only 500 down payment. It was not just only $500 payment for me. It was a whole week of work for me.
