  I went to use the atm because I needed 40$ cash and got a bill like this. Where I was going to use the 40$ they don’t accept bills like this. Went inside the branch to exchange the bill and the gentleman told me that they are a cashless branch, so I went again and withdrew another 20$ bill and got one in half with tape.

  I want to commend/compliment Ms. V. Brannon of the 2624 mooris ave branch.I had a check that had scribbling on the back making it difficult to scan in the bank computer system. Ms. Brannon tried, and tried and tried for over ten minutes, trying every which way until finally the system accepted the check. It was ony a $14.00 check, but the effort and steadfastness of Ms Brannon is commendable and noteworthyThank YouBob G. Chatham
