I have been with this bank for almost 15 yrs but as of today i will no longer use their services. This is no longer the same bank that it used to be. Literally the bank is screwing me providing me with a 1.5 int rate and wen wanting to change to another bank they threatened me with a 2700 USD fine. Manager could not even calculate the right fees. I will be waiting for my CDs to end and closing all my accounts with this bank. Current banks offer 5.11 APY. The bank had no offers for me or anything to help me stay with them at all. So dissappointed.

Perhaps the worst bank I've ever banked with. Their on-line banking is down A LOT ( as in weekly ) . Their staff in most of the branches ( ESPECIALLY Pine in Union ) are tedious. You will never leave a branch after a visit not feeling exhausted. Service varies wildly from branch to branch. ( Pacific in Ironbound Newark is one of their few good ones .... but you shouldn't have to plan your day around finding the least awful branch. ) Their fees are crazy and there is a VERY good reason that the State of New York took action against them for consumer violations including balance manipulation. They were convenient as they had branches close to where I needed to be , but moved to a neighborhood bank & NEVER regretted it for a minute. I really can't say one good thing about this bank. I think they're borderline criminal on a lot of things they do.
