I've only been here once for mani and I loved it. Zoila is great! She's very detailed to make sure the nail polish is even, looks clean, etc. I'm very easy, since I never get designs or anything, but I feel like for that same reason, techs don't usually pay much attention or put in much effort. My go-to place is always booked and I came here as a walk-in. So, I wll be coming back.

Used to go here when they acted like professionals and treated you like you mattered as a customer. Will not be returning to Clara’s until they get better with their customer service. I call on the phone and ask if they accept walks-ins on a Thursday, the lady on the phone agrees to see me and my friend. I get there and while my friend uses the bathroom she proceeds to inform that she can’t accommodate my friend and that she is only able to do one of us because she forgot there was a late appointment. I had already rushed across town and for her to tell that news I was beyond frustrated and annoyed because this isn’t the first time this has happened. I had a bad experience the last time I was there and thought to give them another chance but it’s a forever NO when it’s comes to them. Mid work at best.

So disappointed with this place. I went there once and the costarican girl that did my pedicure was super nice, but then I went for the second time and the girls that were there were so rude. They asked me if I had an appointment and I said no ( I assumed I can just walk in since the first time I went there I got the service without an appointment) and they said they can’t provide me service without an appointment. Well, I tried to give another chance to the place just because is literally 5 minutes from me. I booked an appointment and they called me to cancel it 10 minutes before the appointment when I was already driving there. Very irresponsible.

Love the workers. So welcoming. First time and had a great experience. They're very thorough and did great job with my gel nails. Will be coming more in the future.

Sonia gives the best pedicure in the world! Nothing like pedicures at other nail salons. The massage alone is out of this world! They use real shea butter and hot towels. Definitely a step above the rest.
