Me we are busy bring back August 22 I left my car there I call after 3 days did you contact insurance to make claim yeah they say ok wait September 2 I call did you have any answer if they aprove they told no been waiting from August 22 I contacted insurance they told me fist call from mechanic we have August 27 so they keep car there for nothing I call back mechanic answer was o we did contact August 22 I told that’s lies I speak to insurance they says 27 fist call mechanic guy told me phone I’m sorry I was emergency for 3 days that’s why so why you lair before we gonna call now again ok left them I got call from them o we can’t fix car insurance not willing to work whith us we gonna charge you 350$ I told why have to pay this for laber you didn’t fix car so I told let me call insurance and ask I did call insurance told me mechanic they don’t want show what’s problem for car so we want make sure when we pay 11500$ to make sure car is fix speak back to mechanic so we agree to open engine and show parts to insurance after couple hours recive call from owner of montys mechanic he ask me 350+800$ to open car if insurance don’t pay them I agree he promise to finish car Friday I didn’t receive call I take rent car I go to mechanic I see they don’t iven touch car he come out second mechanic guy said I have good news we get aprove we gonna order parts so about 3-4 days car is ready I left happy so call back again insurance to send me rent car they pay when they aprove claim answer was we don’t aprove and don’t speak to dealer from that day we agree to open engine and send parts so I wait 2 more days waiting for mechanic to call they told me is aprove car will be fix they call 09/11/2024 come pick up car we can’t fix insurance they don’t want work whith us so keep my car almost 1 month and they lair all the time so bicarful I will pair Al
Over so people don’t get screwed send car another mechanic same job 5800$ I did make citizen complain for mechanic MONTYS AND WILLING TO SUE PAY BACK MY TIME again bicarful from them

Highly recommended. These guys have saved my butt and my car by knowing what was wrong with my M-B E-class and how to fix it when no one else did. Bigger picture is that they are an essential part of a terrific life hack. Here’s how it works: I like nice cars but spending $50-90k strikes me as insane. So when I need to buy a car, I let depreciation work for me by 1) identifying the exact, 8-10 year old car I want, 2) Saving a search on that model in an app like Autolist with a very low maximum mileage spec, 3) when it pops up, buying that rare unicorn of a car that someone bought but rarely drove, 4) finding a nearby certified independent mechanic who specializes in that brand to do maintenance and repairs at a rate comparable to other general mechanics. Say goodbye to the stealership. For me, that last part is met by Monty’s German Auto. Good guys. Know their stuff. Reasonably priced. Use them.

Found out about this place after my car broke down, and some guy came out of his house to recommend Monty’s German auto to me. My dad dropped it off and it was a Quick service. They are also overall great people.

Monty’s is the best they are the only ones that touch my E350. They are the absolute best. I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and I’m never disappointed!! Worth every penny! My car is always ready in a timely fashion and they always go above and beyond !! Keep be amazing guys 🙏🏾!!

Great experience w/ Stephen and Diogo at Monty's recently. I've been taking my E-class wagon to the dealership since I purchased a few years back, but decided to try Monty's given the good reviews. Brought the car in for a basic oil change service (A1 service), but asked them to look everything over. There were plenty of chances for them to add extraneous recommendations here and there, but they were extremely honest. Not to mention, they were very fast with their work and very reasonably priced. Would recommend for anyone with a MB!

I found this shop on Google so I decided to take my CLK here to change engine/transmission mounts. Very nice people who know what they are doing, fair pricing and easy scheduling and pick up. Very satisfied with the experience and will be returning for future services.

Excellent shop excellent service plus the guys was very professional and helpful. I have a GLK 350 and it runs perfect that’s to Monty’s. I recommend them to anyone who has a Mercedes Benz they know all the in’s and out’s and the price was very reasonable on the service they did for my car. Will definitely bring my car back on oil change, tuneup’s or if my car need anything else like this time that my right rear light’s harness got melted to the lightbulb holder. Was in and out and very satisfied. Thank you 👍🏼👍🏼

I trust no one else with my GL. Monty's is knowledgeable, trustworthy, fast, and 100% fair with pricing. From all my basic maintenance to my new engine and rebuilt transmission ( done last month ). Diogo ( The owner ) has always had me covered from regular appointments to emergencies. Do yourself a favor and take your Mercedes to no one else but these guys. Simply the best quality and service you can ask for

a very disappointing sequence of failed repairs over weeks pushed me to the point getting rid of my beautiful convertible. this is a very busy shop and the last 4 visits I was given my car back with a parts installed that failed to fix my issue and failure was discoverable simply in a 5 minute test drive. which clearly they didn't do for me.my old shop diagnosed and repaired the issue in one visit.surely I will not return here and I doubt they care at all. they were sloppy and careless with my car. perhaps they serve their other customers better!!
