This store is not worth the time. Horrible service. Lisa sold me a phone claiming I got a deal. I asked her to give me a (908) area code she give me (862) why? Plus no receipt.
I asked her to transfer my contacts and apps. Only transfer contacts. In reality she didn't know what she was doing. I'm so disgusted. She never give me a charger, when I got home I noticed I didn't have it! I called her she claimed it doesn't come with one. What the heck! I ended up going back there with my son because I needed him to calm me down. I would've came out better going to the hood. They would've given
me excellent service and what I asked for.
Please stay away from this store. Lisa is not forth coming. I do not recommend.

Horrible service .they sold my husband a refurbished phone that stopped working completely after 6 days when my husband returned the phone they said they would have a new phone for us the following day then two days later still no phone and they insisted that my husband pay an additional $100 for the phone my husband said no thank u I would like my money back they refused to give us a phone refused to give us our money back and even had the nerve to call the police...after that my husband called the metro company directly and they sent me a brand new phone because we had insurance on it we only had to pay for shipping.. plus I had to put a high security password on my account because they we're so mad they tampered and made changes to my plan without our authorization even went as far as calling metro themselves with my information and disconnected my line from account again with out my approval. Don’t waist ur time or money in this store... They are very dishonest immature rude scammers they should be ashamed of themselves and they should be shut down!

The customer service there is awesome because of Ali. He is so welcoming, polite, and always makes me laugh and smile. Whenever I can go to the store, I really enjoy it. I know Ali will have me laughing. He has great customer service.
