Hey, from out of state so I was reading reviews and decided to come here over other places! Upon entering they were friendly and immediately helpful! The store was clean and smelled really good. I was helped by Camille and Hana (excuse my spelling of their names). They were awesome! They measured me and were spot on, they were knowledgeable about their products and helped me choose the right one! They also help me get into the faja, which as we all know is a task (lol)! In town or out of town I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Lovely people and lovely store! I was in and out in a timely fashion!

After several unsuccessful and expensive attempts at buying a faja after my BBL I was recommended to visit The Pink Room. My experience was phenomenal! I immediately entered a beautiful store with pleasant and friendly store attendants ready to assist. Camila was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to accommodate all my questions and hesitations. The changing room is so PRETTY! You feel like royalty with satin robes, diamond like accessories everywhere and a beautiful table to lay on while changing into your faja. I found the perfect faja (again, after almost 5 horrible faja experiences). The faja feels decadent, extremely well made, smooth inside and with minimal compression on my hips/backside--with firm compression on the abdomen (what you want after a bbl). The faja was priced similar to the poorly made ones I bought just weeks earlier--but 10X better! Then after paying they gifted me with 4 beautiful assorted underwear that wrapped so beautifully. Fun!! This store is a treat for ladies and makes you feel special! Great job to the owner and store associates for making women feel like QUEENS following surgery!! This will be the store I go to for all my body shaping needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don't shop here if you're not looking for surgery garments. I went to get fitted for a bra and they only took one measurement. I had no experience getting fitted so I trusted them, big mistake. I bought three bras on their recommendation and while they fit nicely in the fitting room, they don't work well in every day life. My breasts were spilling out of the cups 5 minutes after I put it on. And you can't return garments for anything other than store credit. As if I'd shop at this trash store again.

Recently purchased my 2nd stage faja here. Limited supply of bigger sizes & colors. Was able to get a faja but not the color that I wanted. The sales lady took my measurements & gave me a phone # to someone who will alter the faja when needed.
