I recently purchased a vehicle from Maxon Hyundai and couldn't be happier with both the price and service. From the sales team to the finance department, managers, and staff, everyone was exceptional. They offered an excellent deal, honored price matching, and provided the best maintenance packages. Their new showroom is fantastic, and the service is truly top-notch. A big shout to KENNY KILPATRICK (finance team) AND MICHAEL FISCHER (sales team).

I never imagined that I would be raving about a car buying experience!! But here I am! Michael is communicative, knowledgeable, heard and respected my limitations, and I walked out, not only with a brand spanking, beautiful new car, but with money in hand for my old car. Shout-out to Kenny, who walked me through (first experience leasing) the financing process patiently, clearly, providing me with all the information I needed to feel confident that I was making the best possible decision for my needs. From previous experience, I know that when it’s time to service my new car, it will be in the best possible hands too. Thank you to you all for this incredibly positive experience!

I had a great experience at this dealership with a salesperson named Jake Melone. Ask for him when you visit. He is very straightforward and does everything he can to answer your questions, make you feel comfortable with the vehicles and services provided and is happy to walk you through all of the vehicles features and options. He does not pressure you and facilitates negotiation very well. Also, he will follow up afterwards and make sure you are happy with your purchase and is there if you need help in the future. Thank you for a great and simple buying experience.

Amazing dealership with great service and wonderful people. My experience was nothing but short and amazing. I worked with Eric and kenneth. They both were transparent, insightful and knowledgeable. As this was my first time getting a new car, they made sure I understood the in and out of everything before finalizing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership, please ask for Eric and Kenneth. These guys are professional and patient and they will work with you until you get your perfect car.

My wife and I were able to hire a Consierge/ Broker in order to find the vehicle we wanted. So I was informed by my Broker , the 2024 Palisade Calligraphy was available at Maxon Hyundai. We live in Brooklyn NY , so it was a 40 minute drive. My broker was able to secure a good price at which we decided to move forward with. Now let me mentioned that I had an immaculate 2021 Palisade Limited to trade in. There was an amount of equity built into it. Overall the equity covered ALL upfront cost. My complaint is the finance manager tried to sell me extended warranties AND vehicle etching with key FOB replacement at an additional costs. At which point I declined. So he insisted that the vehicle etching and key FOB insurance was included in the final contract but needed a signature for that particular service contract . He also stated it was "free" !?! No car dealership will offer anything for free. Why do I need a signature for something "free" or already included? Besides the etching and FOB insurance was clearly noted on the contract as an option. Well I tore the contract for the etching. Something you can have done at any local police command for free. Also before we signed for the new vehicle, again I was told they would collect the first month's payment. IT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE EQUITY !!!! So I rejected his request ,I showed on the contract where it was clearly paid for with the equity. The finance manager had told me no one told him , you're the finance manager, it is incumbent on you to make sure all numbers are correct. So we just " signed and drive ". I know business owners need to turn a profit. But please do not insult people's intelligence. Be fair. Allow the customers to make a decision without being pushy. It may be intimidating for most , but to my credit I worked out of NYPD and have seen some really intimidating people. Car sales people do not strike fear in me. My advice to all , read your contracts thoroughly. Do not be intimidated. Nothing is free. And most importantly, if you have NOT signed any contracts walk away if your needs are not met. There are over 28000 car dealerships in America. On a good note , most of the sales people were cordial and respectful. I hold no ill will towards anyone. It's a learning curve , the car buying process. Good luck to all.

Purchased my car from Maxon Hyundai. This was the 4th dealer we visited. Our salesperson was Bomani. He was pleasant, patient, and respectful. Not pushy like some of the sales staff we encountered at other dealers.While the negotiation tactics were not completely eliminated, it was minimal. We did a test drive and were informed about the cars they had in stock. Once we decided on a price, the rest of the process was handled efficiently. The finance manager was very professional, he presented us with all the options we had, without being pushy and we appreciated that.They are presently put up in a temporary location which has been set up well and is welcoming to its customers.One thing we realized is that the only time any form of payment is handed to the dealer is after the deal has been negotiated and price finalized and you are ready to pay. Often time dealers will ask you to hand over a credit card during negotiation as a sign of good faith that you will buy if they accept your price, best to offer that good faith once all negotiation is over and done and the deal has been finalized.

I have been buying my cars from Maxon for a while now. Tyra Ramos has always taken good care of me and made sure everything was prepared so I don’t have to wait too long. Not only does she set my appointments with Al P (best salesperson ever), but she makes sure to have the car ready for test driving and she answers all my questions to the best of her knowledge. Call her if you are looking for a car! Her and Al P is the dream team!!!

Most amazing experience I've ever had at any dealership and I've been to many. Eric, his manager and Kenny in accounting made me feel like I was a person not a sale. I am beyond grateful and appreciate they're kindness when I was a total annoying emotional wreck. I think I found my permanent dealership for as long as they will have me. Already recommended to a few people this past weekend and will do so forever. Thank you all so much for EVERYTHING!!

Car dealership kept my car for 27 days while waiting for Hyundai to approve the claim UNDER WARRANTY. For my engine, turbocharger, and starter replacement. My Service Rep Bronco and my Sales Rep Michael Patrick kept clear and honest communication with me which I appreciated. Throughout the process they were very helpful and informative; However, not having a loaner car available for customers over the course of 3+ weeks is unacceptable. Driving is essential for my work and I nearly lost my job in the 27 day span within which I was not accommodated. This is unacceptable. I'm expected to pay my car note, so if my vehicle is being repaired then I would expect to be accommodated throughout the process. I could not in good conscience recommend Maxon Hyundai to anyone I know given the ordeal I just endured.

Mathieu was our sales person, and did a terrific job! We had been at other dealerships, and nothing compared to the experience we had with him. He had a great attitude and allowed us to get the financing we needed. I would highly recommend him.

I want to thank Shaun Morrison (Parts and Service Director) and his team for the exceptional service he provided for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. My leased Tucson experienced an engine failure on November 1st. After being towed to Maxon Hyundai, the next morning Shaun and his team were able to diagnose the problem, order the part and get my car back up in running within a week. They were able to do all this while managing construction to the dealership and having a night shift team working on my car. I highly recommend the service center at Maxon for all your vehicle needs! Thank you Shaun!
