I recently purchased a car from Maxon Hyundai and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the process was smooth, and the finance department was great. The overall atmosphere of the dealership was also very positive. I would definitely recommend Maxon Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car.

I stopped in at maxon Hyundai last week, my car had a light on. And I drove in with no appointment. Christian met me at my car and assisted me right away. He took care of me in 10 mins and I went about my way, highly recommend CHRISTIAN FLORES service advisor and the whole maxon team!

Be aware!! I took my 22 pallaside to service this last month, it was for a tire rotation and oil change. When I picked the car up, after driving a little I started hearing a rattling noise something that I never heard before taking my car there. The next day my husband checked it out and noticed none of the bolts were tightened to the wheels properly, they were all loose and barely on. Additionally, one wheel lock was missing and the tool to put them on. I made complaints to the dealership and Hyundai both.PS I never write reviews but this was really concerning especially since I take the car to work on the highway and I have young children.

Hopefully this review can persuade someone who is looking to buy a car from this organization to go elsewhere.Have a car with 25K miles on it now with issues with my rotors causing a heavy shake everytime I brake. Was told it is my fault because of how I drive (I drive mostly highway miles and follow the flow of traffic) and I have to pay for full repairs.The engine splash guard under the car partially fell off and starting dragging when I was on the highway causing the plastic fender that it is connected to the guard to crack. Was told I hit something (I didn't hit anything. This thing is being held up with cheap plastic push pins) and it's my fault I have to pay for full repairs bringing my cost of repairs into the thousands of dollars.Every issue with this car is my fault and they have no obligation to right a wrong. This is my third and last Hyundai as this has been a disaster of a purchase with no assistance from Maxon.Called corporate to file a complaint was told to talk to manager at Maxon. Okay great. Was told by Maxon that the manager wasn't in a will be getting an email from them. It's been a month.They talk all sweet when you are buying a car but then you are nothing after the sale.Like I said my last Hyundai.

My experience is very bad I bought a car in one year the transmission when bad them I bought another car no good and call for help with the tires because have a special lock the guy say he can change but they will charge me this people are no good never help you and very nasty

Waited 3 hours for an oil change. If you have to make an appointment, I would think that’s the time your car would be serviced. I guess I was wrong sitting for 3 hours.
