We made the 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania to Maxon. We purchased a Kona. Rico went above and beyond to accommodate my family. My parents are older and he had wonderful patience with them. Thanks Rico!

2017 Hyundai 2nd owner, engine ceased. 100K 10 years warranty but it's almost 1 month and still no response. Just giving run around to make people run out of patience and disappear. Very bad service and no responses. Most of the time avoid to come on the phone even. Still no resolution till month, no loaner or rent a car.

I really think that there should a place that is more customer oriented and professsional. This is our 2nd sonata which was bought here a couple of years ago and the extra warranty was purchased. Religiously come here for all maintenances.. They never have courtesy cars.. ever!! Now they say they need to replace engine due to an isssue with the oil and will need to keep it 4-6 weeks. Mike was dismissive ,cold and could care less. His words yesterday were" we have at least 5 phone calls like this every week,there is nothing i can do." You will just have to rent a car on your own. Yes i have $1500 laying around to spend for a rental while my defective car sits there for weeks and i still pay for the note too. Then no one is around today not the service manager or his boss. Very dissapointed and it would be my last car from this place.

Worked with Chris Jenkins (salesman- Mr. Persistent), Rasheed Jackson (The Negotiator) and Albert Valdez (General Manager -The Genie ) highly recommend them. Very honest throughout the process. I put down a deposit for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hyper White ESD 9/14 but to my surprise it arrived almost 2 weeks early. Working with Chris, gave me peace of mind throughout the purchasing process. I have to say they have an amazing team even beyond the gentleman that I mentioned. Highly Recommend and Awesome place to purchase a vehicle!

My 5 star rating is reserved for my salesperson Gee (Gedeon). I must be honest, I bought my first car from Maxon many years ago and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I returned 20 years later because of Gee. He made the experience stress free. He’s very professional and personable and took care of all my concerns. I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid from here. At first there was some misunderstanding between the sales person Saad, finance agents John and Kenny and myself, however, it turns out it was just a miscommunication and they went out of their way to resolve the situation. Thank you guys!

weekdays are always better to schedule appointments than the weekend. Honesty or being fair is importan and they are fair and honest. All i needed was an oil change which is what went in for. I thought i may need my rear brake pad changed but i did not.

Stay away from the service department. They are a bunch of THIEVES. Would not honor the extended warranty they sold me with my new SUV in 2019. Instead they made up stories about how any problems with the vehicle were probably caused by rocks hitting it while I was driving. Wait… what?!? No, really - that’s what they said.Speaking to the service manager had no effect; he just repeated the lies. These guys are rip-off artists. Find a local mechanic you can trust. Talk to friends and neighbors. Local shops thrive on referrals when they deal honestly with customers. An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold. I hope you can find one.

WARNING!! If I could I would give a negative star rating. Be aware when you are signing any contract with these guys. I'll try to keep the story short. We recently bought (financed) a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid and thought we got a great deal with them (after 2 hours of negotiation). Contract was signed after loan was approved on the day of car delivery. However, today after 5 days, I just received a call from the sales person (Saad) and their finance department (Kenny from finance) who just told me that they can't give me the deal that we agreed on and I'll HAVE to come in sign a NEW contract or HAVE TO give the car back. Also for some weird reason asked if I am a US citizen (which I am). I suddenly knew something was fishy so I called some people I know in the business and also someone who has solid legal knowledge and they straight up told me that this was most likely a intimidating attempt of getting a new contract signed since they made a very bad deal on their part financially on this deal. I have been with friends and family buying their cars in NJ since last 15 years and have not seen anything like this. Specially with the citizenship question by Kenny from finance, which sounded a little racist question over the call (Just fyi I do have a little Indian accent when I talk).

As far as the service department is concerned, my advice is to avoid this place AT ALL COST. They are thieves and liars. Their only role is to take your money and lie to you about it. These people are scum. STAY AWAY. Find a mechanic you trust. my biggest mistake was buying an extended warranty from these jokers and actually thinking they would honor it. Apparently a repair is not covered if it was caused by a rock hitting the part. And the only way to determine that is by paying a "diagnostic fee" and waiting for them to tell you how sorry they are that, yes, the damage was caused by a rock and is therefore not covered. OMG, run from these cheats.

I have been bringing my Mazda into this dealership for repairs since 2018 and now March of 2022, they lost a customer.In the past few months, since December I have spent nearly 3k on repairs on my 2011 Mazda 3i. Only to find out that the parts I needed replaced, WERE NEVER REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS. I had a left front bearing replaced On 2.05.2022 however the “humming noise” that is a result of a bad bearing came back within 2 weeks. Instead of going back to Maxon, I took it to a family shop and had the bearing looked at. I was told that this is not a brand new bearing. It looks like my old bearing had more grease applied to it.I had to spend more money and get my bearings replaced and now there is no more “humming noise”.The pictures You will see is the “new bearing” that Maxon claimed they replaced with brand new parts. No way the bearing looks like this if it was swapped back in February. The mechanic at this recent shop even said the dealer just added grease to temporarily get rid of the noise.See the picture containing a receipt for work done in February of 2022. Now I have to question each job that was done on my car from this dealership.I also had my control arms swapped for brand new ones, done by Maxon because I was told I needed it. I do not even know if the control arms are brand new OR if I needed them changed at all.I had brake and rotor work done recently which I will have to get checked to confirm if it was done properly.It’s a pretty bad feeling, when you TRUST a dealership to perform exceptional work. Only to find out your dealer played you and ran your pockets for thousands.My technician at Maxon was Richard O.R/O #: 7096144/1

I met with Hector Cruz. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable saleman. He was open to hearing all the wants and needs for me and my kids. I recommend all my friends and family to MAXON just because he was so pleasant. I’m sure the other staff there are just as great! Definitely ask for Hector Cruz!
