I purchased my vehicle and immediately when I went to take delivery the air conditioning controller did not work. The dealer set up a time for me to come back and replace the unit very disappointing on a brand new $90,000 truck however I cannot blame the dealer. In the meantime, I realize that all of the accessories that were to be Installed by the dealer were not installed so I set up a time for those to be installed as well. On the day of my appointment I went in first thing in the morning for what should’ve been a 2 to 3 hour job. I did not leave the dealership until 6 o’clock at closing time. I was also told by the dealer that some of the factory accessories were impossible to be installed, which I literally did myself in about five minutes. I also made the dealership aware of the fact that one of the seat retaining clips was loose, and I had fixed it myself multiple times and was clearly in need of a replacement part. They assured me it was fixed, but much to my dismay. It popped off again about 10 minutes later as they had just done the same repair of clipping it back on that I had multiple times.I would not get service done at a dealership that is incapable of installing a factory accessory because it proves incompetence if they can’t install a light, I definitely would not entrust them with my vehicle for a major repair. Additionally, they screwed me over as at the time of my trade-in. They did not report to DMV and therefore caused a lapse in insurance coverage on my trade-in vehicle resulting in me paying a $200 fine in order to get my registration which was transferred to my new vehicle reinstated (I’ll patiently wait for a check in the mail to make up for that.) My sales person was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him!
Update: The dealership did reach out to me and took full accountability for all of the Mistakes that were made and did promise to repair any remaining issues with the vehicle as well as reimburse the DMV charges everybody makes mistakes and a business that can own up to them and fix them in a satisfactory matter in my opinion is the best business of them all

customer service at the service center was stellar to say the least. my appointment was set, my car was undiagnosed, I had no idea what to expect. I have visited in the past and the service was excellent. The mechanic did an excellent job locating the problem, they came gave me and estimate of the cost and how long it would take to fix, bummer but on the bright side, they are located near plenty of stores and eateries, not to mention there is a small very clean waiting room with a snack machine as well as free coffee.
From the moment I came in I was met with such a pleasant attitude from everyone involved. especially the first contact person. Very professional, has a way of putting your mind at ease that you will be taken care of not to worry, and I must say I was. I would not hesitate to use them again for any needs my vehicle may encounter as well as regular tune ups or oil changes.

I got a new hummer ev and it has basic problems that are easy to fix. I've had the car for 2 months and I have to be in the back and nothing can be solved and now it tells me. It's not with them that I contacted GMC, what a crappy service for a car worth more than 100 thousand dollars!

Omar was the best I bought two cars from him. Very relax got everything I need fast and easy he explained everything to me when I need to know got a great price on the vehicle and I’m looking forward to going back and working with him. Great guy he’ll be the only person I will work with.

I came for oil change and tire rotation. They said that my car needed 4 new tires before any meaningful tire rotation. It took a whole day to replace 4 tires. I came in at 7:30 AM and left there at 5:55 PM.
The wheel alignment was not done properly, and the car was veering to the left and the steering column was tilted to the right. I returned the next day to have it done right.

Just bought a car again from Jorge. I think this is probably the fourth or fifth transaction over the past six or seven years. There is no one better to deal with! He appreciates people with time constraints and dealing with him was fast and efficient and he sent me things to look at via text message and email prior to me getting there. We.negotiated the deal and I was in and out in an hour and a half. He even cleaned out my other car! Highly recommend Maxon and Jorge!
