“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“I've wondered about the reviews for this UPS in Madison & I sense that the beginner/infrequent shippers seem to like the service [including me] & people who are apart of the older demographic also like the service. Methinks (also!) that folks who are familiar with some other kind of shipping service (likely) a more convenient shipping service (perhaps?) mislike the service provided here. Juxtaposed to the service I received in Shanghai [China!] the shipping whatnot here is a joke, but juxtaposed to the service I received in France the service is fantastic. I'll add positive or negative marks to this review depending if my newest ISSUE is resolved properly or if I receive quality advice or whatnot. My problem is that I lost my tracking number & an eBay customer is requesting their tracking number because the order is seemingly not arriving. I did ship two orders that day. It would be a bother if the packages were switched; albeit, at the time I checked the addresses for each product and they looked correct.”
