“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

Most UPS stores have had rude employees to be honest, but both here and the location in Bloomfield have kind, friendly employees with good customer service skills. Raj just helped me with an Amazon return and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend this Belleville location & kudos to Raj for being so sweet.”

“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “There are not many UPS stores in Staten Island. Every time I visit this particular store, it's always very busy with people lining up to send or return packages. Fortunately, they seem to know how to allocate staff to handle such situations. Each of the four employees there has their own responsibilities. Sometimes the staff are so busy that they can't even talk, but we all understand that everyone has busy periods at work. I hope to open a UPS store near Woodrow, which would be very convenient for many people”
