I ordered a Fiji sectional this past May from Madbury. It is gorgeous online and even more so in person. The cushions are full, the upholstery is well done, the wood is solid and the detail on the rope is beautiful. It is a really well made piece of furniture that we love to lounge on. An added bonus was dealing with co-owner Tim who was so helpful in answering all our questions and also super patient when we had to reschedule delivery 6 times. A double added bonus was Hughes who delivered our furniture so carefully and who radiates kindness. Seems to be an ethos at Madbury. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Madbury Road is seriously one in a million for the outdoor furniture business. Personal phonecalls and follow ups, seeing the furniture in your own space - it's unheard of! I want everyone to run to use Madbury Road for their outdoor needs - finding them was such a blessing!

Love this place. I found them online and inquired on a Tuesday about what the timing might be for delivery of an outside furniture set I liked. Brady responded immediately and said they could deliver the set on THURSDAY!! As promised, it showed up and they set it up perfectly. There were a few minor issues that I had to follow up on with Luke but every time the response was quick and exactly what I needed. We love our new set, it is so comfortable. Even though we are confident that it will handle the weather, we got a cover set that works great to protect the set. Thanks Madbury for a great product and terrific service.

I searched forever for the perfect patio set and not only did I find the most incredible product with Madbury Road, the customer experience was phenomenal. Brady was responsive, informative, and such a pleasure to work with. Sam and Brian were professional and delightful during the delivery and set up. Top notch company with an amazing customer experience!

Madbury is a very easy group to work with. Tim, Brady and Luke work as a team. They communicated from beginning to end, creating no need for me to repeat conversations or wait for followup responses. Tim and Brady were always available and timely with any questions I had.

We have had our Santorini Outdoor Daybed set for a month now. We love it!!! We have been through three heavy rains and strong winds - the set still looks brand new! Brady was our contact and he took great care of us. The furniture looked even better in person than online. This company has a great future - the furniture is exceptional and the price is reasonable.

We highly recommend this amazing outdoor furniture and service! We met one of the owners at their Union location and after looking at the various product offerings, purchased a beautiful sectional and dining set. We entertain outside often and it made our deck an inviting outdoor room. Friends loved the comfort and style so much they have bought the same sectionals or other products. Our furniture has been stored under the cover outside at the Jersey shore for several winters now and it holds up beautifully despite the weather elements. We bring the pillows and cushions indoors but the furniture all stays outdoors undercover. Cushions are easy to clean too. Thank you Madbury Road!

Brady, a co-founder of Madbury Road, and his team were very helpful as we sorted through all our outdoor furniture needs. As some of the furniture was on back order and would have arrived 2-3 weeks later than their initial estimate, they delivered temporary furniture for the duration of the delay (free!!) so that we would not have to endure 2-3 weeks of summer without a full set of furniture. The furniture is solid: heavy teak wood, sturdy steel and very comfortable. We live on a high floor in a Manhattan apartment and our furniture has withstood high wind, full sun, rain and NYC pollution without any problems.

One of the best buying experiences ever. Brady and his team really get customer service and quality products. Superfast delivery, amazing set and they even had extra pieces available on the truck in case we decided the set wasn't complete...we of course took those pieces and couldn't be happier!

It was a very lucky break that I stumbled on the Madbury Road web site! We were just finishing construction of our four season sunroom and I had been shopping for furniture for months. I saw the Corsica Collection offered by Madbury. It looked like it would work perfectly in our room. I filled out a simple form on the website and within hours I received a call from a Brady, the co-owner. My first impression wasâ€what a nice guy “. He explained their process of delivering the furniture with no obligation. I loved that, I went ahead and placed the order. Within a couple of weeks my furniture arrived. A nice young man, Luke, unpacked and placed everything. Definitely a “white glove†delivery!

We moved to an NJ suburb two years ago and were in need of some outdoor furniture. We did extensive research, and ultimately decided upon Madbury Road for a few reasons: 1. the reviews online were extremely positive 2. their products were well priced, seemed to be of great quality (we had come across their commercial line at one of our favorite restaurants in Boston) and they had a great selection 3. their customer service was phenomenal. How often do you call a company to ask questions and actually speak to the owner? Fast forward two years and our outdoor furniture is in fantastic shape, and we get a ton of compliments on the style and quality. We decided to add to our set and incorporate some lounge furniture, and sure enough Brady, the owner, answered my email within minutes and secured free delivery of the products within the week. Overall, this company is doing what I wish more companies would do- provide quality products at reasonable prices with over-the-top customer service.

These guys do a great job and have a great product. Three reasons to help make your decision easy: 1) Quality- I purchased the Salina set with lounge chair and can say that the quality and durability of the product is very high. I've had the set for a few weeks now and have no concerns over future durability. I did shop sets for twice the price and did not notice a difference in quality. 2) Price- After shopping multiple places, including club stores, Madbury provided the best value for a set of this size. Club stores do have sets in this price range however they did not have the same appearance as the Salina set does. Plus you can not add on pieces to fit your needs like you can here. 3) Service- I called on Monday night and asked if they could show up Wednesday and they said no problem. Everyone I dealt was extremely nice and had no problems calling or texting back. I wasn't sure what pieces I actually needed and they came out, set everything up, and provided a showroom in my back yard. You're not going to get this kind of service from any retailer. Be aware that even with discounts from the large retailers, they still charge you for shipping so any discount is a wash. Not a problem with Madbury. I have no regrets and would absolutely recommend these guys. I've gotten great reviews from friends on this piece already.
