Sorel Store manager is awesome. she explained the process from beginning to end made us aware what to expect She was patient with us when you were undecided she provided alternatives. She followed up, hands-down a great customer experience. Please make sure she gets a raise because she definitely deserves it.

Top Customer Service!! Called few minutes before store closing for the day, to check if they had specific flooring adhesive in stock… they had it in stock and Josh offered to wait for me… 30min later, picked it up while the store was supposed to be closed… Thank You LL team and Josh!

Delivering trucks take note! Very small! I parked the night before but only room for 1 truck at a time. Very tight. Slide trailer tandems ALL the way forward. Lady there was EXTREMELY helpful in getting set up to leave without hitting anything. I didn't get her name. GREAT person!

Awesome experience! I went to big box floor store there was no staff to assist and no stock available. My daughter suggested LL one of the best decision l’ve made since starting this renovation project! The staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They stayed after hours to explain the products we needed. The manager was so helpful and kind everyone there deserves a raise!
