Sorel Store manager is awesome. she explained the process from beginning to end made us aware what to expect She was patient with us when you were undecided she provided alternatives. She followed up, hands-down a great customer experience. Please make sure she gets a raise because she definitely deserves it.

Top Customer Service!! Called few minutes before store closing for the day, to check if they had specific flooring adhesive in stock… they had it in stock and Josh offered to wait for me… 30min later, picked it up while the store was supposed to be closed… Thank You LL team and Josh!
