Big location, so it should carry everything you need. It's like Jekyl/Hyde walking into this place. One day I go in, can't find any employees. The ones I do find have no idea where to find a basic wrench. The website says 3 are available. Finally, I find the section myself. The wrenches are gone. The ones that are there are in disarray.Another day I go in, I get an extremely helpful associate who not only knows exactly where my item is, but provides me info on trucks coming in on a different out of stock item.A mix of 5* and 1* experiences. 3* seems fair.

Very poor customer service. Employees hide instead of offering help when they can.

While buying a home appliance, the sales reps were helpful, and they answered all of my questions. In-store, my experience was fine.I was told to expect the dishwasher to arrive at their store in about a week and to expect a call from the installation company when they're ready to make an appointment. The 3 weeks following that purchase were a series of unanswered calls, missing customer info, and endless transfers on the phone. My online account had no record of my purchase. I had to continually contact them to make any progress on where my appliance was and who would handle the installation.I won't speak poorly of the store, their products, or the in-person service, but I would highly recommend going somewhere else for an appliance that needs to be installed.

First things first I was told that if you want wood cut you have to pay for it first. That’s fine. Walked all the wood to the registered and paid. Then we asked the cashier if he could have someone come to the back to cut the wood. He said he would have to wait until he didn’t have a line to call for someone to help me. I walked down there and found another associate. He said he went and asked and was told there is NO ONE IN THE WHOLE STORE THAY CAN CUT WOOD.At this point I went to customer service they weren’t any help either. This woman started blankly at me. Then on the over head intercom system I heard someone request for someone to report to the wood cutting station. I went back there and someone else was now waiting to have wood cut. Nice they called for him. But not for me. Finally an Associate arrived.YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THEIR WOOD CUTTING MACHINE IS OFF BY 1/4 of an inch. This would have been nice to know so I could have compensated for that 1/4 inch and asked for it to be cut at a different size. I didn’t find this out until we measured it after it being cut. I m is no cut would have been perfect. But still it would have been good information to share with the customer. I only found this out when I asked for a manager while we were walking out of the store because I was frustrated at this point. She, Ashley, advised me that it has been broken for sometime and they keep meaning to get it repaired but they haven’t been able too. I asked Manager Ashley why the associate cutting the wood does not advise the customer of this error with the machine. Her response well no matter what the cut would be off a bit. I had to laugh at that. Yes I know that. But now it’s off its normal amount plus another 1/4 inch. Finally I asked her what she could do to make up for this error. And with attitude she said she supposed she could give me 10% off the piece of wood that was cut. In the end I like still like Lowe’s. But I don’t think I’ll be buying wood from there and I certainly won’t be having wood cut there anytime soon. If you want wood cut beware!

Much prefer going to Lowe's rather than Home Depot. The staff are much more accessible, knowledgeable and helpful.

After spending more than $2500 on a project I feel the Law’s Union store is a pathetic place to buy some important things. I have had very bad experiences a couple of times and I have decided to stop and remove Low’s Union store name and number from the list. They have so many customers and some of the senior employees have safe Jobs so no need for customer satisfaction. What happened to me I don't want to write here if somebody from Low’s management has some guts to contact me I will share it with them. Still, I don't want anyone to be fired because of my complaint that's why I am not writing the names. Thank you Low’s for ruining my project and bye-bye.

We got to Lowe's to do a kitchen project and the kitchen designer as soon as we spoke to her she disappeared as to as we finished talking for 25mins, cam back, told us that if we had many things to discuss about we would have to make an appointment because she had an appointment at 12. Then she slam the desk complaining.

I which I could remove my one star..... After they responded asking me to reach out to resolve the issue, I was told yes the 90 day policy does stand and there is nothing that they can do to override it. They try to look good by responding to a negative review but don't do anything further to satisfy the customer. Further cementing in the fact, I will never spend another dollar at any Lowe's store.Tried returning a security camera that was in the unopened in the original box but over 90 days old. Wouldn't do anything for me. A reminder of why I always shop at Home Depot or Costco..... A great way to end my final visit to Lowe's

Had an extremely bad experience with the Kids Worskhop today that they didn't let me attend. I signed up for the November 17th workshop on October 17th. However, i accidentally signed up for the wrong location in Morris Plains. I was at work and it did a store locator and chose my nearest location My son and I come every single month to the Union, NJ location. As soon as I relaxed that I signed up for the wrong location I tired to change it online but there isn't a way to change it which is ridiculous! So I had called the 800 customer service line and they weren't able to do anything either. Then I had called the store the same day and they said they can't do anything about it. Then I asked to speak to a manager and the manager on the phone said he was adding my son to the list! Terrific! A month later I go )today) and the head of the kids workshops (Chris) says if your name isn't on the list you can't attend..but I explained the situation and he said he has over 100 kids signed up and there's nothing he can do. But I bet you I signed up my child sooner than the other kids! I then asked to speak to the manager and Kevin said there's nothing he can do. He didn't even apologize or offer me another kit to take home etc ridiculous! I was also told on the phone that his name was being added! I have a disappointed kid now. Get with the times and fix your website to slow changes to be made after booking the kids workshop...mistakes happen and there should be a way to change it! Both Chris and the manager were very unaccomadating!

Veteran parking but you're not getting a Veteran discount without downloading an application, going through a lengthy verification process and then also presenting your driver's license to verify your Identity in person with each purchase. I feel sorry for any older vets that aren't tech savvy. Most of the cashier's are either unknowledgeable about the system or distracted on their phones.
