Second time in this store to get grout. First time was waiting for 20 min so associate would find my color.
Shelf looked like a mess. Maybe packaging was not strong enough - or its just noone takes care of it- but colors were mixed up, packages teared off. My color was all the way at the back on the top shelf - out of reach.
Color matching thing is located on the shelf ( and its only one) - and its very hard to match anything - as there is no light but a lot of glare
Second time associate pointed some color - and disappeared. We found someone else luckily.
The guy was trying to help is - when not on a phone texting.
When I tried to give him back the bag of color i did not wanted, he did not even move to take it - so I had to put it back on a shelf myself ( and probably to a wrong pile).

I placed an order for pavers for curbside pickup. On receiving a confirmation that my order was ready for pickup I headed to the store 20 mins way. After waiting in the car for 15 minutes and nobody showing up I headed to the pickup location. What followed was a total nightmare.
I was initially helped by Daliza and then Elizabeth. I waited an hour. Every time I asked for an update I was rudely told to wait. In fact on telling Elizabeth that I've been waiting over 45 mins, she retorted "whateva".
The order was finally ready after an hour and 10 mins. I picked it up and loaded it onto my car myself. A very disappointing experience.

Really appreciated the staff going out of its way to find us the lantern fly spray, because the shelf was totally empty…very courteous and professional.

Better than their competition, but they have a bad habit of moving commonly sought items (lawn clipping bags, for instance) to different locations in the store from week to week. These warehouse sized places are hard enough to learn the layout of without this additional layer of hide and seek. Also, they need to do a better job of displaying prices for items. Which one of the 4 different styles of tomato cages is the best price? There is no way to know when only one style has a price, and you need to carry the other 3 types to customer service for a price check. Don't disrespect your customers' time like this.

May 27 ,2024 A worker from the lumber department harassed my parent's yesterday & verbally insulted both of them. When my mother was purchasing the items he saw the worker that harassed her huddling up with other works from lumber talking about my mother gossiping about the situation. I recently used to work there so i don't remember an employe from lumber with that description. Tall male with braids and lumber worker. I hope you do something about this . Store is great & workers even know my mother so i know they wouldn't do this. Just want that specific worker out the job.

Decent variety. Most of the time fitting room closed for try out . For restrooms you need to contact front desk though it’s not in downtown

While I have been at this location hundreds of times.. this place needs a complete revamp. While this place is always a mess which can be overlooked.. I visited the garden center today and 75% of the plants look neglected. I am unsure how the easiest of tasks can not be done. It is quite sad how beautiful plants that were sent from large growers cant be taken even watered. Will shop at the garden center in competitors near by that have better management.

So thankful for the assistance that I received from Abdullah Bryant, I was lost looking everywhere.
Even working int other department he kindly offered help, he show me the product that I was looking for inside and outside options. He got me a shopping cart and gave me some minutes of his precious time.
