Don't buy a car from this place. These sales/lot guys use vehicles as their personals and once some thing new gets traded in they swap it out. They beat the hell out of them. If you want luxury don't fake the funk buy new.

Very bad experience with Keyless Motors!!!! Sales agent Angelo is a liar and did not keep up his word. I would never even advised my enemy to do business with them. Terrible, Terrible experience!!!!! The car couldn't even pass inspection. He told me: "guaranteed inspection on all my cars here" He said we will take the car back if it does not past inspection. The registration and plate was more than 90 days late. one of their method to tell you it is your car now. I had my wife call and the phone was on speaker, he acted like he did not know anything that was happening to us until he heard my voice. Be careful with this company. Don't waste your time and money on them. Terrible company :( :( :(

In September 2023, I bought a 2014 Scion XD car(paid the full amount of $15,500) at the car dealer Keyless Motors.Before purchasing this car, the car dealer assured me that I would receive my title within a few weeks, and I agreed to buy the car on these terms. The dealer also promised to give me a temporary license plate for the period when I did not have the title.When one month passed and I did not receive my title, the dealer did not issue me a new temporary license plate in a timely manner, and I had to drive for several days with an expired plate.To all my questions regarding the title, the dealer told me that the title would soon arrive; I just needed to wait a few days. During the second month of waiting, I never received my title and listened to the same answer:“You need to wait a little more and everything would be fine.”As of today, November 30, 2023, I have been waiting for my title for three months already without any result. I still haven't received my title.Moreover, on November 13, 2023 the car dealer did not issue me a new temporary license plate as the old had expired. I have been unable to drive my car for two weeks now as the tag has expired.All my numerous attempts to resolve the issue with them over the phone are useless. The car dealer doesn't answer my calls or when he answers the phone, he hangs up on me when I ask him about my title.I live in North Carolina, and I don't have the ability to go to New Jersey to discuss the title issue face to face.Several times a week I communicate with the dealer by sending text messages without any result. They keep promising to solve all the problems, but nothing is being solved. They make a fool of me again and again, deceive me every time, and make empty promises.It's like a nightmare to deal with them.No matter what I do not recommend to have any business with this dealership... Let's stay out of problems!

Had an amazing experience here at Keyless Motors. I went in to buy my first car and Rich helped me out. He made the process quick and easy and was also able to break everything down for me to understand being that I’ve never financed a car before. Amazing customer service from him, he was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had.I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone looking for a car. Thank you guys so much!

Do not waste your time and money at Keyless Motors. As verified by the police investigator that was involved in my months-long attempt to secure a refund from Keyless Motors (Das Cars, Inc), this company is a scam operation and has been shut down before due to fraudulent business practices.This was an awful saga for myself and my family, spare yourself a similar fate and buy a vehicle from a different company.The details:Unfortunately, I saw a few good reviews for this dealership back in August 2023, which made me think that it was okay to purchase a vehicle from them.This turned out to be a massive mistake. They sold me a lemon (seriously mechanically flawed car) knowing that it was a bad car; their in-house mechanic approved the car for sale with a shot transmission. They made so many promises that they did not keep. They lied to me on multiple occasions. They do not answer the phone once they know you have a problem with the vehicle you bought. I basically was fighting with them from early August through the end of October. They promised to fix the problem, then they decided it was too much money. So they promised to refund me, but they did not do so for over a month. At one point, they even told me that the check was already mailed to me. Then they refused to answer the phone once I had waited a week for it to get to me. Turns out they never sent it, they told me a flat out lie.During this saga, I dealt with numerous employees, including many managers: Denise, Miguel, and Saquan. The general manager and owners avoided me like the plague even though I was promised calls with them on multiple occasions. No manager ever returned one of my phone calls, and I don't believe that they listen to their messages.It finally took me filing a seven-page police report detailing all of the various scams, lies, and avoidances for them to send me the check.On top of all of that, the way that they advertise is deceitful at best; they list their cars $3,000 less than what they want for them, to lure you in and get you interested. Then they jack the price and point you to fine print saying that Capital One financing asked them to lie about pricing. They are gaming search results by listing the cars $3,000 less than the sale price.Sensing early on that something was weird, I kept careful documentation of every interaction that I had with them: phone calls, text messages, emails. The police said that I was not the first person who was scammed by this company. Please don't be the next.

Thank you to Angelo at Keyless Motors. He was friendly and helpful and was straightforward about pricing/financing/purchase options. No pressure just information. Love my new car. Will keep them in mind for the future and recommendations ?

The Worst car buying experience I have ever had! Keyless motors "car prep" was a basic exterior car wash, I received the car the interior was just as dirty as when I test drove it, I had to take it to get it detailed myself. Keyless motors falsely advertise on 3rd party sites such as Autotrader they post false Carfax values and then tell you that all cars are $3,000.00 higher than the listed price on the site because they factor in a customer's down payment of $3,000.00 none of this disclaimer is on the third-party sites but it is on Keyless motors site. Keyless motors sold me add On's such as an extended warranty and GAP insurance. I took the car that I purchased from Keyless motors to BMW to get it inspected, there was a laundry list of items that needed repair, so I called the extended warranty company to put in a claim... and of course NONE of the items that needed repair was covered, I called Keyless motors to cancel the extended warranty and I have been getting the same run around for 2 months that the managers is not in, while I'm chasing the manager I receive a letter from the GAP insurance company stating that my Policy is now terminated due to none payment from Keyless this time I visited keyless motors with a copy of the letter in hand.... and of course, no manager is in the dealership. its going on 3 weeks from my visit to Keyless motors and still no word from keyless motors in regard to either of these matters, at this point I am left with no other option than to hand this matter over to my lawyer. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this shady place!

Went in, spoke with 'salesman', did the dance on the price, got the OTD price, sat for an hour, the 'finance manager' said he'd agree on the OTD price, but I'd have to buy a warranty package...' It's only $30 dollars more/month". Okay then you pay for it! Wasted 3 hours of my life there. : (

This dealership ranks high on my list for used cars. The manager displayed an exemplary level of professionalism, addressing all my concerns without rush or panic. The used vehicle did have a few minor flaws, but nothing serious, so I'm satisfied with my acquisition.
