Joe came to my rescue today when part of my exhaust system broke while on the Parkway. I pulled off the first exit I saw in a slight panic and just happened to find Joe’s shop right off the Parkway. He was so kind and offered to secure my exhaust pipe that was scraping on the ground. He had me back on the road within 10 minutes. Without his kindness, I would’ve been stranded. If I lived in the area I’d definitely trust him with my car. Thanks again!

My mom recently had service rendered ball bearings the repair was a disaster within two days of the repair the car was just totally untrivable I can't even really describe to you but the effect was in the break and the gas pedal it literally felt like he had given me a warped ball bearing and the noise that occurred prior to him diagnosing the car was not only on the driver's side but it was on the passenger side as well to top it off my mom had service done on Thursday Saturday car not properly driving right went to jail the mechanic on Monday told me to bring the car back on Thursday my mom received the call on Tuesday Joe the mechanic declared that he was sick and to bring the car back on Friday my mom received the call on Thursday stating that he was still sick which was a lie and I'm going to explain why and Joe stated that he had the flu and that he would be calling me as soon as he recovered well my mom decided to do a pop visit on Tuesday December the 14th and lo and behold Joe the mechanic was there Not only was he present what he was startled that my mom showed up and I didn't mention the cost he barely told me one amount had my car in his possession did not call me to make me aware that there were additional repairs but yet he called to say that it was another amount I had no other choice at the time I felt because I needed my car so I'm putting a very negative negative negative View and being that I'm a black woman and yes I'm playing the race card if I would have been a male of black male he would not have done what he did to my mom so the review for me is negative negative negative negativeService: Tires
