One star is all this company deserves, and there may be a language barrier here as well.
If a dry cleaner is not sure they can clean something, one would think they would professionally say so.
I brought in a large soft vinyl case in good shape but it had a mildew smell. After explaining I would like the case cleaned and the smell removed, the woman quote me more than was expected, but I agreed just to get it done. When I went back to pick up the case I saw that the outershell had bubbled, and the smell was still there, so I asked them to try again. I was more interested in using the case again, not what it looked like. When I came back the second time the case still smelled and now the logo on the case was coming off, not to mention the bubbling of the outer shell.
I explained to the woman that we have problems and pointed out what they were, even showing a photo of the case before I brought it there. Without saying a word she began to plug in an iron to fix the situation. I tried to explained that vinyl uses a very low heat and I did not want her to try to iron the case. I told her I would give her $10 not the $30 asked for. She had the audacity to ask why, which I politely explained.
This is not the first time I've had to have an article redone there. Not recommending this business, and not going back.

I’ve given them photos of how I wanted something stitched on even with the photos they did a horriblejob had to return twice and they tried to charge me multiple time since they were different alterations. I avoid going there at all costs now.

HORRIBLE customer service. They lost a pair of my pants that cost me $110. Told me to give them 2 weeks to find them, and if they couldn't find them, unless I had a receipt, they couldn't do anything about it. I bought the pants over a year ago and no longer have the receipt, so I'm pretty much screwed. Going to spread the word about how horrible they are all over social media, and going to take them to court and sue them for my fees. DO NOT GO THERE AT ANY COST. Unless, you want your clothes lost and an attitude from the owner.
