My hairstylist, “Valworth Braids” did an amazing job on my hair. I have permanent locs already in which she blended my real hair with extensions. Very nice and personable. I will make another visit in the future :)

This natural hair place refused to blow dry my natural hair. Stylist said “I don’t have time to do your hair”. Mind you, there were no other customers in the shop. Place is trash anyway. Never coming here again!Service: Blowouts

Had appointment hair dresser walked in never acknowledged me. 20 minutes later I was told to wait 1hour 30 minutes for my hair. Will never let someone so unprofessional get my business.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! Please beware, stay away from this place specifically Jackie. I went for a wash and style. I made a mistake of asking her to dust off the very tips/ends of my hair. I even showed her what to trim off prior to her washing my hair. When I got was under the dryer I saw a lot of hair on the floor but couldn’t tell if all of it came from my head.I didn’t realize she chopped of my mid back hair length to short neck length. She did such a horrible job I had a trouble spot in the middle of my hair that was growing nicely, she even chopped it off too.My hair is so uneven now, I can even wear it out. I am now forced to keep it braided and I don’t even like braids.She is the true definition of scissor happy.

This place was nice but I arrived at 930 and didn't leave until after 6pm. The girl I had was very nice but I have so much gel build. She said it would be gone in 2 days almost a week later it's still alotService: Dreadlocks

I’ve went to this place twice. First time, which was a while back. The hair dresser put way too much gel in my loc retwist (when I looked they were using eco styled gel… on LOCS! But it was too late and I just sat there and took it) the following three days there was so much flaking and build up I had to just wash and retwist it myself. And not to mention over the phone they told me one price and then after the wash she gave me another price and then by the end she gave me a whole other price. I paid, whatever, I’m sure she had her bills to pay. But be transparent about it and give the real price (or even a range) is all! Second time I decided to give it another chance for a repair instead, the stylist didn’t even show up to the time she gave me to show up. My thing is if you wanted me to come later or if you knew you wouldn’t be able to make it at that time then you should’ve give me a later time—esp when this appointment was scheduled 2-3 days prior. I’d understand. I waited 40 minutes before leaving. It’s not professional and not a way to gather clients unless you simply don’t care about business or people’s time. If you’re this late at any other establishment they remove you from their appointment list bc time is valuable! Not returning, not that they care it seems. This will probably fall on deaf ears, bc ppl learn by experience. But I will definitely not need a third lesson. Good luck thoService: Dreadlocks

I had a very pleasant experience! Jackie was very professional, gentle & clean. I called them needing same day service on Saturday and they fit me in at 5pm! No waiting! No issues! The atmosphere was relaxing. She had her mask on. My thick hair came out beautifully! I was so pleased i gave her a $20 tip! It was definitely worth it!! I'll be returning soon and post more pictures then.
