This is the best beauty supply I’ve ever been to. It’s so big in there they have everything wigs products you name it. The owner is so nice and polite all the time and the workers are very friendly and helpful and the owner son is so hot.

This store is huge and has everything. Sometimes there seems to not be enough staff but they are friendly and helpful.

I don't understand the point of putting hours on Google and then not honor them. I think it's wild you guys locked your doors almost 30 minutes before closing and I rush to get off work just to try to be there before 7:30 only for the doors to be locked but the lights on. I understand wanting to go home, but understand a customer doesn't want to make a trip for no reason. But it's cool, I'm going to hillside where they don't close until 8, and they honor that time.

I purchased a synthetic curly unit from this Location J&J beauty supply Stuyvesant Ave Union NJ & first day wearing the unit the front curl pattern would not stay inAs the customer can only view the unit that’s on display until purchase is made & you only see the back to verify color. This was a $45.00 worn once lesson. The Manager advised I wait two to three days to speak with owner in the store. This store will no longer be my choice of beauty supply for purchases.

I’ve frequented this store occasionally and never had any issues until going in today with my sister and her two teenage children. Immediately whom I assume is a manager or the owner, an older Asian gentleman followed us around the store. It was apparent that he and the staff watched us as if they thought we were going to steal. How do I know this? Because you don’t stare at someone without speaking or asking if they need help. You don’t follow people around and hover closely to the point of causing discomfort for a patron that was going to give you honest business. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this establishment over the years but I will never give them another cent.

I went to this store because the one I usually go to closes on Sundays. Went in there for a moisturizing hair butter for my 4c hair and stayed in the aisles for a good minute ?? It has been a while since I've seen such a variety in a beauty supply store. The music had me bumping up and down the aisles as I was shopping.There was only two employees there and the energy was welcoming, chill and approachable (which is a plus). The man that served me suggested a product and when I tell ya'll I was so grateful that I tried it out because my hair is looking juicy!An unexpected detour that led to a half-hour experience left an impressive impression. I look forward to coming back here when I run out of stock.

LOVE this place they have A LOT of stuff. The guy at the register is ALWAYS friendly and helpful EVERY single time I go there. The girls that work there I can't stand they're rude and ghetto, always eating food or talking about their man problems. Other than that this place is reliable.

Yesterday my friends and I visited this store and the store owner kept staring at me in a funny way. I was looking for a mascara and then I found it but before I can purchase it I decided to put it back I to the place it was at. So I ended up purchasing Vaseline and eyebrow pencil. My friend behind me, bought Blistex as well. The store owner thought that my friend thinking she was me stole mascara that I put back. Saying how he wants to check our bag and he's going to check the cameras. Honestly, the store owner is racist to accuse me of stealing a mascara and then also accusing my friend thinking she was me. Worst store ever find another one.

Found a new beauty supply shop!!! The only reason it got 4 stars instead of the deserving 5 is because ur had a strange stench like something died in it but either then that it is a one stop shop
