The female Asian lady at the counter is beyond disgusting and miserable. I went in for alterations for the very first time today. She totally lacks customer service acumen. Regardless of the quality of her work, I will never patronize her establishmentService: Clothing alterations & repairs

I chose to go to this establishment to get two dresses cleaned. I asked if it would be possible to pick them up the next day because I had a birthday to go to. They were advertising same day pickup before 10am, so I did not think it would be an issue. There was no price listed on the advertisement for same day or next day service and the attendant did not offer any information about upcharging.When I went back the next day to pick up my dresses, I asked how much the total was and thought the man said $4 which is what I'm used to paying (or, at least $4 per garment unless it's outerwear). It wasn't until after he took my card and printed my receipt that I saw he charged me $41. FORTY ONE DOLLARS. For two cocktail dresses, not wedding dresses. There were no alterations or repairs done. Just a simple dry cleaning.When I asked him why it cost that much and told him I usually see service for this kind is garment go for $4, he laughed in my face instead of explaining and said "Does this look like $4 to you?" He did not offer to explain if they'd tacked on a expedited service fee and how much it was. The dresses were not made of an expensive material, so there was no reason to charge me for luxury items. This was price gouging. Plain and simple.Do not go to this dry cleaner. There are too many good places in Union with respectful employees and transparent service to settle for a business who will take advantage of you. No one deserves to be treated with the kind of disrespect that was shown to me today.

I LOVE this dry cleaners. The owners are very friendly, respectful and professional. They are kind and treat their customers fairly. They handle my clothes very well and when my dry cleaning comes back it looks better than when I bought it! I even use them to tailor my clothing including several bridesmaids dresses. Amazing family run location! My cloths are always perfect and they have gotten out some impossible stains. Their tailoring is quality and reasonable as well. I have done over 20 suits and pants here without issues.

Highly recommended, I had two articles of clothing cleaned there a vintage jersey, and a pair of white pants. Both had brown stains, and I was most worried about the jersey, as it is vintage. However, I dropped them off Friday the 7th, and by the following Wednesday I had them back, with the stains completely removed. This will definitely be the place I go to in the future, as I appreciate them so much. Thank you very much.

12 years ago, I was traveling a lot taking the EWR Airport, passingly the J & S cleaner in Union, NJ. Stopped by, tried their dry clean services, until now & retired but still bringing my suit, shirts & necessary clothes that I want to have properly clean. Very nice people and they always take care any issues if I have complaints.
