I really like shopping for items here, I usually come once or twice a season to buy something for my house. They have good prices and quality, and the workers are friendly and careful with the items when wrapping them. Walking through its hallways is one of my favorite hobbies.

I had an unpleasant experience with an employee at HomeGoods who made inappropriate jokes about charging customers for using the bathroom, despite there being no other options in the shopping center. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer comfort is disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue for a more positive shopping environment.Maybe shes having a bad day but as a greeter i dont think this was in her job description and I'm pretty sure is a fireable offense. (Everyone has bad days) but she never is friendly.I encourage everyone to take their business to other home goods locations if you want respect as i do often shop at Homegoods on my days off but not this one.
