I was inside the store for about 20 minutes. One person said good morning. Everyone pretty much ignored me. Then finally one person asked me if I needed help. Then I went looking around for another item. I spent about 15 minutes walking around. I had to ask someone for help. Then finally I was guided to someone that assisted me. I think that there are too many associates in the store for someone not to walk up to a customer and ask how may I assist u today.

This store has the worst customer service!!!!! Every time I go to the appliance department it’s impossible to get anyone to help you. Well I put my name on the waiting list for a chest freezer. James from appliances called me at 4:44pm today to let me know the freezer arrives. I tried calling back 8 times both customer service and appliance department wit NO answer!! So I rushed over from Elizabeth to pick up the freezer. I arrive at 5:30 and he said a woman just left with it 10 mins ago!!!!! Wtf?!? I told him I tried calling no one picked up and I rushed here from Elizabeth and his reply was “oh well” and walked away!!! Once my card is paid in full I’m canceling and going to Lowe’s. Such disgusting customer service

Needed a long florescent light bulb. Stock was a bit of a mess: lots of opened packages, lots of broken bulbs in inventory. And lack of single bulb packages. I don't need two! Only one. That's wasteful. Check out was quick and easy.

Ordered cabinets knobs there. Rude employees! Called numerous times to check on status but customer service was worthless! Ended up buying them somewhere else!

Not your regular Home Depot, It's a Super Store! They have everything you might need. Tons of modern options for home. Associates in every other aisle available to assist. If you know exactly what you need you can search it online select the store and the website will direct you to the exact aisle, bay and quantity available. They also have a Dunkin' Donuts at the entrance if you need a quick pick me up! Shopping here was a breeze.

2 stars based on today's experience. I know there is no control with the system going down and debit cards not being accepted but what is controllable is how your employees inform the customers. I waited in the self check out line for 10 minutes before the employee that was helping the self check out customers announced that the machine was not taking debit cards. I moved over to another line and waited another 10 minutes & the employee said the same thing when I finally got up to him to make my purchase. I told him he should've been made the announcement before people got on his line because I moved off one line onto his thinking that his machine was taking debit. But he explained the whole system was down which the other rep on the other line had not explained. But if he really thought that was known to the customers, why would you announce that when I got up to you if you thought everyone knew right? Fortunately the item I was buying was much cheaper than I had thought & I could pay cash. So basically I wasted 20 minutes of my time to purchase one item because your staff does not know how to communicate clearly. They were cordial but need to learn to communicate. I was patient and cordial the whole time but it's still not acceptable. Next time just have one of the many workers standing around repeatedly announce "The system is down. Debit is not accepted at any of the machines" or make an announcement over the loud speaker. Those lines would've been a lot shorter because just so you know I wasn't the only one informed last minute. The guy behind me didn't know he couldn't use his coupon or a gift card until he heard the cashier telling me no debit cards at his machine either and decided to ask him. And a woman ahead of me in self checkout didn't know until almost getting to that register.I think they just really didn't care because the store was closing soon but if you really wanted people to hurry up you would explain what's going on in advance so they're prepared when they get to the front of your line. Just a mess

The most comically awful customer experience I've ever had. Not one person in this place knows how to communicate and clearly the managers have lost the staff. Staff hangs up on customers. Doesn't know how to read receipts. I bought a floor model grill that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Called the next day and nobody knew when it would be delivered. Got sent through to a manager and the manager just hung up on us. I wasn't rude, it was just clear she had no idea how to handle the request, so she figured it was easier to hang up on the customer. Don't come here until the HD regional office figures out how to adjust this terrible customer experience.
