Someone stole my credit card information and eMail address and purchased a washer at the Union store. I sat for over an hour trying to reach customer service. Crickets. So anyway a man named Horacio Saavedra picked up a washer that was charged to me. Fortunately I was able to contact my bank and cancel the transaction and card. Saavedra has the washer and Lowes is out of the money. Shame on Lowes

My experience with Home Depot in Union, NJ, has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a product in-store with the understanding that it would be delivered within a week. However, a month has passed, and I am still without the product I paid for.The main issue is the complete lack of communication and consistency among the staff. I have made between 6 to 8 phone calls to the store, speaking with different staff members each time. Every single one assured me that the product was in stock but waiting for assembly. This continued for weeks, and I was patient, believing that my purchase was on its way.To my dismay, a manager finally informed me that not only was my product not in stock, but it would never be available. This revelation came after a month of empty promises and repeated false information from their own employees. This level of incompetence is inexcusable.Furthermore, while I waited for this product that would never arrive, Home Depot charged my credit card. After the manager's admission that the product was canceled, it took additional time and effort to get the charge reversed.The complete lack of transparency, poor communication, and false information provided by Home Depot in Union, NJ, has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. I expected better from a company of their size and reputation. I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from this location to think twice and consider other options.

This home depot is bad no one wanted to help u they didn't have a good amount of staff and what they did have didn't know much about what they have then one lady that's been their for awhile was very helpful good thing they had her

Absolutely ridiculous! This place is a joke. It’s been over a week and their matching color machine is still not working. I don’t understand who is the manager of the store but clearly he/she doesn’t know what they are doing or don’t care to do anything about it. I’ve been coming every day to the store to ask if the machine works, they say unfortunately no luck and they suggest I call before I come. I do that but no one picks up the phone. Terrible terrible service

So I forgot my glasses at home. Asked very politely if a worker could help me read what is on the box. I don't know what this world has come to but customer service is completely non-existent in today's world. Then these big companies wonder why people don't want to shop there but most of the time they have no choice and they're starting to do online shopping for everything that they need. Shame on you home Depot you are close to my home and convenient wise but I will take the trip and try another store to get better service.

Worst customer service ever, we waited about 35 minutes to get assisted even when the store was pretty empty and everyone looks like they don't care about you if it's not their assigned work area.

OK first off I am soley a Home Depot customer, I'm not a fan of Lowes at all.You didn't like paying cashiers so you added self checkout. That wasn't good enough so you made it self checkout only. You didn't like that either. I guess we weren't good cashiers... well you get what you pay for. Now you have all the self checkout registers closed so that we can't self checkout without the sole front end employee directly supervising even if they're completely clueless. The store is a complete train wreck and you never have anything anymore. You get mad if we use the ladders but there are no associates around. If you do find a person and it's not on the shelf they just say we don't have that and then I have to argue that I can see it in top stock. Let's be real... if they can't be bothered to stock shelves they certainly aren't going up a ladder to get one item for you. I've actually seen an employee go up, open a box, take out 1 item for me, then, leave the rest of the box up there instead of restocking the empty shelf. Lately at least half my trips to the store result in an Amazon order (and a better price) as I leave empty handed. The only benefit in going to the store is having it right now and you've screwed that up. How much worse can you make the customer experience all while crying that Amazon and the internet are taking all your business?
