Sam at the Home and decor Gallery furniture Union store was such a pleasure to work with. We purchased a queen bedroom set, living room set, sofa bed and dining set... but my wife and I never felt pressured or pushed to buy anything. However, the store selection and Sal’s excellent customer service compelled us to buy all these items in one night. We walked in the store and had no idea we’d check so much off our to do list. He was amazing and professional. We left the store confident that we got everything we needed at the right price I recommend this place check it out .

The quality of the furniture was not up to par, along with purchasing a 5 year warranty the store did not honor it. I spoke to a man named Sam, he was extremely disrespectful and did not assist me in my problem. I had left the country for an emergency and he continued to tell me my warranty could not be applied to this situation. The warranty was purchased from Customer Care Services. They directly stated, they would fix the damage no questions asked. I have had this table for 2 years and the entire top is ruined and the problem is still unresolved. I recommend not shopping here for your furniture needs.
