I have rented cars for years. This was the worst car I ever had. Floor board on driver side was almost worn completely thru. Undercarriage cover was hanging. Sheets stained. Dents all over. I don't understand how they even rented this car. Cars was dirty. I need the car to get to work since mins was in the shop.

I came here to make the same complaint. I had to literally go in person to see if they had a rental prior to putting my car in the shop. As everyone else stated noone ever picks up the phone which is just sad.
The day I went in there were only two people working, and several people waiting for assistance. I saw an African American older guy who appeared to be the manager. I asked him if he was coming to help them. He responds "that's below my paygrade." I think that was very rude of him to say of anyone's job. After all, he too had to start from somewhere. As a manager, I wouldnt care about my position, I would still assist my employees in getting customers served. Needless to say I was there for over a hour; and only to get to the end of the reservation process and be told there are no compact cars available. This location definitely needs to do better in the customer service area.

I would give zero if I could. Was treated like trash. Not greeted. Made reservation online and tried to call 4 days in a row and no one picked up. I was calling to make sure I had the right credentials to rent the truck (credit card ID etc). No one was picking up so I read the rental agreement. Said credit card was accepted. Take a lot of pride in rebuilding my credit back up - so had a secured credit card, but no chip. Secured card had $1000 to spend on it. If someone would have picked up the phone prior I would have known that it needed to be a credit card with a chip on it.
No one - not once looked me in the eye offered any type of customer service. Just said “can’t rent” and that was it. Didn’t even offer me any other options. Made me feel like I was invisible, didn’t matter. Which I guess to them, I don’t.
So I called enterprise, and they accommodated me. Listened, heard me, have the same exact rules and laws as hertz - only difference is they treated me like a human… they will be receiving my services from here on out. Will never make the mistake again.

The worst. Drop off the car on sat..they claimed they never got the car til Tuesday. They they never saw the car in the lot 3 spot from the front door or the keys in the drop box til Tuesday. Call me all type of liar..n charges me 4 times my original rental..I state no no no..check ur cameras sir..can't til a manager came in..ok call me when I manger get in.i followed up the next day..got another location manager to cma check the cameras..guess what they found..the car sitting there since sat, sun, mon, and tues..hmmm..sir return my money and I need a apology from ur staff and manager. And I will file a complaint to Jr district and corporate office..

I didn't like the black woman there at all. She was rude. I made a car reservation through Uber. The system says the car is available, but that woman said we don't have a car. When she found out that I rented from Uber, they definitely don't want to give cars to Uber Lyft drivers. I wasn't satisfied at all. I won't waste my time again. Be careful, too, guys.

I booked my car in the hertz app and when I went to pick up the car at location after using Lyft to get their they didnt have the car which I booked for and they didnt gave me any alternative vehicle. Please call them before you go there or be careful and be sure they have a car before you start.

No answer. Had a reservation for just over a week in advance. Got a message an hour before I was supposed to pick up rental saying they had no rentals and to call or go online. Nothing online pulled up my reservation and nobody answers the phone. I wouldn't recommend this location due to the possibility of last minute "no cars available" and nobody answers the phone. You'll probably show up and get no vehicle and be stuck like me.

They NEVER EVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Me and my insurance has been calling to no avail. We never ever get a call accepted. I am in dire need of a car me and my children are starving and I'm walking 4 hours to work and back because they can't answer a single call. I've called multiple times everyday with different phones and different time and never a successful call even to this day.

This review is LONG overdue! I came here on 3/5/24 between 1130AM-12PM and was helped by a lovely young lady who’s name starts with an M! It wasn’t a common name so I don’t want to make a mistake -
However everything went PERFECT thanks to her ! I came to extend a Tesla I had for a while and was afraid of hiccups that will prevent me from keeping that same car…
EVERY hiccup that occurred she overcame it and ensured I walked out Happy ! She stepped to the back, made some phone calls, did whatever overrides that she was allowed and made sure that car left with me !
Great customer experience, polite, understanding, and knows how to solve issues. She’s going to be the reason I keep using this location - because she made me feel comfortable and taken care of!
Please check the time and date to ensure she gets recognized ! Maybe a lunch on the manager would be nice ? ?

I really love this place just wish they can hire someone just to answer the phone calls. You can never reach anyone! It's a big inconvenience to go all the way to the location for a simple question.
