Wedding bouquet ordered. I arrived to a regular bouquet. We were charged $74. The white roses were bruised and browning. She was very disappointed in the shape of the bouquet as well as the fullness. The staff were polite. Once I informed him it was for a bride. He swiftly wrapped the stems and added push pins.

Zero stars!! Horrible. Spent $150 for flowers and got a terrible arrangement. Looked nothing like the picture.

Zero stars!!!!!! The worst experience ever! These people are scammers! Do not buy or support this business ever! The bad reviews are true! Lack of professionalism, you don’t get what you order, they don’t trim or package the flowers the way it is presented online. Unprofessional, rude and scammers!!

Wish i can give ZERO stars. This place was completely unprofessional! I paid almost 300 for 3 dozen red roses and was told to pick up after 4pm. I get there 425 and the man tells me he gave my whole order to someone else that he thought was me. lol then tried to grab regular little flowers out of packs because a he didn’t have more red roses. I asked for a refund and he told me i had to contact the website i bought them from because it’s a third party. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I left there without my money back or without RED ROSES. After i was pissed in there he threatens to call the cops on me because he wasn’t giving me my money. It smells like cat piss and the man is very rude !!!!!! Do not shop here ever !!!!!!

This place is a SCAM! My friend brought a bouquet of expensive roses and they gave them to another customer. While she tried to get the same ones over again from their mistake, they didn’t accommodate her and made her get another kind of flowers that were cheap and incomplete. The owner has a terrible attitude towards their clients. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

FRUADS! They did not deliver the flower bouquet yet conveniently charged my card almost a hundred bucks. I spoke to a lady who said my bouquet "should have been delivered", then tried to patch me through to "the driver" and yet it went to voicemail. Not pleased with this company whatsoever, they are frauds. Much better options out there, don't waste your time or money.

ZERO STARS! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I live in CA and wanted to send some flowers to my mom. First, it came a day late. Second, it was not even close to what I ordered! The first photo is what I wanted. The second is what she received! I better get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible.

This florist is the absolute worst! I wish I could give them a negative rating! I ordered a plant garden with butterflies for a dear friend’s funeral. I specifically ordered a plant garden so the family could drive back to their hometown with it and cut flowers do not travel. I paid $70. Instead, they sent a cut flower arrangement with 3 roses and some daisies. Luckily, I told my friend to expect a plant garden, or I would not have known they sent something entirely different from my order - and certainly not a $70 arrangement! I called and left several messages but received no return call. When I finally reached someone and cordially explained the situation, he hung up on me! I wish I could’ve stopped payment with my credit card.

I am out of state and ordered a sympathy arrangement directly from Green Grove, Union, NJ. I selected "Cherished Bouquet" particularly for the all white flowers, description was " snap dragon flowers, white lilies, calla lilies and accent flowers to make for a beautiful flower". The first arrangement delivered was purple with a few white roses. I called and expressed how disappointed I was in the arrangement sent. To their credit, they delivered another. I cant say it's much better .... They made no effort to provide a sympathy arrangement that was anything like the photos on their website until I complained and then they put little to no effort forward. I believe they felt that because I'm an out of state costumer, they thought they could do any kind of arrangement and I wouldn't know. The attached photos should make anyone think twice about ordering from Green Grove Fruits and Flowers.
