Went Today sunday March 3rd 24' like at 1:30pmafter leaving ssnipes with my family snipes had nothing i needed not even the help i needed to get my daughters sneakersthe three women that worked today were more than helpful they took care of both my daughters like their own i felt like family i got help from all 3 ladies i wish i had their names lol but i will be back these women did an excellent job with me today cus i was pissed at snipes they held me down !!

I arrived a the location only to be given someone else's order. The staff at the time of visit was not empathetic about giving my son the wrong item. An apology could of made the taste less sour..

12/28/22 Wednesday @ 3:30pm I went to the footlocker on route 22 west & Springfield rd, union, NJ location. The employees was terrible they were all gather around in a huddle conversating about what they did for Xmas instead of helping customers. As I finished doing my shopping I went to the register to pay for my items I had to call for one of them to ring me up. The young lady that help me ask me did anyone help me? I said no because you all was in a deep conversation even the supervisor. When she rung my items up it came out to $258.00 she ask me could she have my email address and I told her I don’t like to gave that out and she stated that’s the only way she can ring me up or her supervisor would have to override it. I said ok have your supervisor to come override it. She went to talk to the supervisor and he stated that he could not override me and I have to provide a email address and I was paying with cash. He could have took his time out of the conversation with the other employees to override my items. That was so very unprofessional of him and lost a customer at that location. I then went to the footlocker Irvington,NJ wonderful customer service I purchased the same items with no problem and did not have to provide a email address.

BEST experience !!!!! . Markel went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. He was also super patient with us as we had a hard time making our final decision on which pair we were going to purchase. We also showed up alittle before they were closing and he did not rush us at all. All the associates were super friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service with nasty Attitude. I went in today greeted the black lady who works at register and she did not answer. I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I had bought for the second time (different size) and she says “this is the second return for the same shoes” with an attitude. Does not say please to insert the card, does not greet, nor says have a good day or anything. This attitude made this store loose a customer.

Worst customer service ever was not greeted by any of the female employees today 3/17/22 @3:58 pm. Never was asked I f I needed help with anything all the employees were hovering around the cashier. And sprayed lisol spray on a customer and started laughing. I start making my way around the store still no word from them. Then a black female and another black lady come in I hear them greeting her and asking if she needed help of any sort this could possibly be a case of racism because I'm Spanish and not black or it can mean they thought I had no money to purchase anything. I dress super chill on my days off. With that being said I will never step a foot in this store again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Footlocker. Manager Malachi, sales associate Jay & other team member were all such nice & accommodating young men. I was greeted upon entry, immediately asked if I needed help, they handled a difficult return, checked in back, online & called other stores for basketball sneakers that I wanted to purchase for my son, they gave advice about the shoes...they truly went above & beyond & were polite & patient while doing so! You should be proud of this awesome team Footlocker!
