Expected a package to be next day delivered. No signature requirements. Received email notification both day that package was out for delivery. Both days received email notification that delivery was attempted. Neither day of these supposed delivery attempts were any notice of attempted delivery left. Very disappointed in the service.

this locations driver and management don’t do any thing
No one either attempt to deliver the package and tell you to pick up from this location. When THEY ARE THE ONE GET PAY to deliver package, the customer have to drive 35 mins to this location so the work for them.
Compliant it’s useless, no one reach out back apologize and do anything

If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver lord and said he made a delivery, he didn’t even ring my doorbell. My package did not require a signature he could have simply left the package at the door. I then had to travel over 10 miles to pick up a package after I paid for 2-day shipping. I also tried to come here and return a package lady then informs me the label has to be printed out they don’t scan labels via phone . . . Wasted my time and money coming all this way

The staff is very polite, courteous, and helpful. The facility is a little hard to get to, but once you see it, it's clear how to get in.

I am writing a review from an experience I had a few weeks ago with a delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the very nice woman's name who helped me, but she is the one who is in the office, a dispatch type and answers the phone and takes care of everything. She was super super helpful in making sure I got my delivery after the drivers failed me twice. The follow up with me and care for my situation was awesome. I cannot say enough about her and wish there were more customer service men and woman like her in the world. Thank you so very much ! Janice Kennedy

I have to take a moment to thank Mario he's does delivery to my job. He is amazing I have never had an issue with my package. He's always on time always smiling. They don't get enough credit today it's snowing and as an entrepreneur I still had to come to work I was expecting a package he was still on time still smiling I'm so grateful for him <3

Horrible customer service. Outdated service centers. Packing and shipping centers but they can’t pack your orders to ship.
