They didn't even notify me when they came and just drove off and dropped it another place for me to pick up. And the place they dropped it off wants an idea for a package that I paided for like it's a whole process don't recommend or do don't care

Literally HORRIBLE!! Really unpleasant experience and super unreliable FedEx location!! They don't respond in timely manner about packages that need to be tracked. No care whatsoever on PAYING customers. Will be sending a formal complaint about their store # because I have never been this inconvenienced in my life. AND I do not receive said package that was lost. How can they be so incompetent and to top it all off they would not communicate on the matter. 0/5 stars. Still have not received my order.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE ! I'm NEVER the type to leave reviews but my god this one should be worth the write because I need to warn people about this company /place !! I honestly wish I could give them a negative rating because that's how horrible they are ! I'm like genuinely pissed and these people weren't lying when they said they scam/rob you !! Basically ! A 364 lbs piano was supposed to be shipped to my house right and so it "gets" to my local post office ! Now I put it in quotations because I went to my local post office and they told me they didn't have it ! But let me tell y'all why I went to my local post office ! So I contacted their agent asking why my piano was on hold for 3 days already and supposedly it's because I had to pay $50 because it was from MY CITY ( keep in my mind I live in Cali ) and not because of them ! They stated supposedly that they're job is to deliver it on your door step but because it's from my city I had to pay $50 !That's when I go to my local post office to talk about the $50 ! They told me , they never received my package and the $50 is something they never do (my post office ) which was weird ! I later contacted this company and I ended up paying the $50 TO THEM which made no sense to me but alright !!Later that day , they quickly put it for out for delivery and supposedly they delivered it ! I messaged them saying why does it say it's delivered and it's not here ?! They asked if I checked everywhere I told them yes ! I told them I check even my neighbors houses and around and the other side and EVERYTHING AND NOTHING ! They then said that they were going to send a delivery team by Monday to "resolve" my issue which idk WHAT IN THE **** were they going to resolve by arriving to my house but okay ! I give them time because they said they were going to email me when they get here ! I have NOT received one email or message from them AT ALL !! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking "oh they might come late " and NOPE NOTHING ! They lied and scammed and ROBBED ME !! Which I'm mad about because I already paid a lot of money for that piano !! Another thing about them is that never answer or take 85927294828 hrs to reply back ! So I would create new empty chats to see if they would respond fast and they did which was weird !! All of this they handled it very unprofessional and childish !! I even have pictures of their messages too ! Which I might make a second review ! But PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THEM !! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !! I'm genuinely mad !Here's the pictures !

In a word, lazy. I walked in late Saturday afternoon, March 11th at around 4 PM. There was a short, middle-aged woman in glasses behind the counter. I had a heavy package. She said to put it on the conveyor. I did so. Then I showed her my email with a barcode for the destination. She said I needed to print it out and bring in a label. I said I was told to just bring this email in. I offered to pay for her to print out a label. She refused. Frankly, I don't have a printer at home anymore. Who needs it. I said I can't believe that in this whole hub facility, you can't print one label. All of this while she was also arguing with two nice people who spoke broken English. This woman at the counter just didn't want to hear about anything nor was she willing to make any sort of effort for any customers. She directed me to carry my heavy package out and take it two miles away down the highway. Absolutely awful customer service. I hope someone in management contacts this woman that represents you. She does not belong at the counter dealing with customers. Later, I did go down the highway to FedEx Kinko's on Route 22 in Springfield. They couldn't have been nicer. They printed out my label immediately. And my package was on the way. Terrific.

Thank you so so so much to the kind fedex employee Sabrina, who helped track down my package containing medication I urgently needed, so I could pick it up from the center before it would be delivered.

Im a very easy going person and hardly complain about much but after the service I received and witnessed with my own eyes today has left me no choice but to speak up, I ordered a pair of shoes which was brought to my house by fedex only to depart within a minute upon arrival without even getting out the car, this type of service would be Immaculate if I were to receive my package in hand, instead I received a message to my phone stating that "the person was not home or business was closed" While I watched the fedex van drive away while I was outside watching him from my garage area. At this time I was outside working on my car with the front door open but the glass screen door locked shut, my one year old pitbull that weighs 48 pounds was sitting at the door. I can understand the concern of the driver getting attack or frighten of dogs but to not get out of your vehicle or even attempt to give me the package given I was standing in the driveway in clear view is outright beyond me. I'm not sure what went thru the drivers mind ar the instance they seen my dog but driving off and reporting that I was not home while I waiting for this package is just bad business, I then proceeded to talk to customer service within 10 minutes of the incident and they said he would come back within the next 5 hours and never showed up! I had to go and pick up the package at my near by fedex facility at 7pm resulting in me losing my whole day waiting for a package that the person didn't even try to deliver. I'm not sure if you guys analyze your drivers but if they are this afraid of dogs or people they need a serious evaluation. If you own a dog please be aware that your package may not get delivered if the driver doesn't want to deliver to your house and there's no consequences how nonchalant they did it

Can I give no stars? If that's possible I'd prefer that over 1 star. 1 Star for this business is so incredibly overly generous it feels like a crime. This FedEx shipment center is NOTORIOUS for stating that they "made a delivery attempt" but nobody was there to sign. As a result the package wasn't delivered. Makes it hard to make these "claims" when people have a RING doorbell to call you out on your blatant lies. The only problem is, no matter how many times they pull the same stunt, nothing changes! The icing on the cake was this week... when I spent a whopping $65 to ship a very perishable package next day air across the country. Supposed to get here by 10:30 AM Tuesday. Deadline comes and goes. Then it'll be here by 8 PM Tuesday, guess what - no package. Adjusted to 10:30 AM Wednesday - do you think it got here by then? If you guessed yes, sorry to say you're wrong. Finally, at 5:45 PM the tracking info updates saying that a delivery attempt was made and unanswered so it will not be delivered until Thursday. The amazing irony about that is that I was literally on the phone with FedEx customer support staring out my front window when this apparent "attempt" was made. I shutter to think what my package will look like when it arrives. If I wanted to wait 4 days, I'd have chosen standard shipping. Absolutely horrendous, abhorrent, disgraceful, and unprofessional. I'll avoid FedEx at all costs, particularly this shipment center. The only positive was the supervisor who after finally getting on the phone, got the package on a truck with a new driver and delivered by 8 PM Wednesday evening. I appreciate that help, but in general, a lie about delivery attempts should be the cardinal sin in regards to a shipping service. Where is the integrity?

HORRIBLE STAFF. If i could give this place no stars i would. It was my first ever having to pick up a package from here because i wasn't home to sign for it and wasn't aware of the process and what kind of information was needed. When the lady at the counter asked me what I was here for I just answered "for a package" and she all of a sudden snapped at me and said "um i know it's a package from what location?" her tone was so damn disrespectful and she literally was annunciating this to me like as if i was toddler. She continued to talk about me to her other co workers while i was standing right in front of her just because of the way i answered her question, which i was confused about because she was unclear, did not make eye contact and on her phone. Things like "obviously i know it's a package" and mumbling other things God knows what it was. This is such a disappointment seeing as i get great customer service at other locations. I almost wondered "does she know me or something?" because how can someone be that cold and cruel to someone that they don't even know? Somebody like that needs to be reprimanded or made aware of the impact she makes because if it was the other way around i'm sure she would've been upset too. I'm literally so shocked that i was spoken to this way when all i was there for was to pick up a package. I apologized saying "i wasn't trying to be rude or act smart, i genuinely didn't know what you were asking." it's not hard to be kind and to talk somebody like a human being, not like i'm a three year old child who doesn't know wtf i'm talking about. such a disgrace and i will NEVER come back here and will avoid at all costs to have any packages be delivered to this location.

They had a lady at the counter..Crystal..she was relaxed efficient and world class.She processed the line quick like a master.We were lucky to have her for the 3 years we came in here.When she wasn't there a lady with a Hedjob was almost as good. Now they are horsing around with a pair of inept people a slow heavy lady.and a dude with very long painted fingernails.Give us a break. Also pickup for ground is at 5 pm. Expect to get there at 4:40 pm and the guy is long gone...just when you needed your package to go on a Friday. Non sense very unfair.

a driver lost my package at this location and delivered it to the wrong address around the corner and the supervisor Joe Beistine keeps saying he's going to push the status of it being lost through for about a week and some change now and it still has not been done I'm very frustrated because this was an important packaged that I was looking forward to and because of the irresponsible ways of these drivers it's getting pushed aside like it's nothing! and everybody is acting like they can't transfer me to this FedEx ship center in customer service when I already spoke with this ship center about 3 times

I ordered live crawfish from Louisiana to be delivered to my house in Bayonne New Jersey on February 9 2021 , Never arrived then an email stating that they will deliver it on the February 10 , Too late they are pretty much all dead because once those jelle packs start to melt and the crawfish start to Get active in the Styrofoam box they suffocate and die. Now the delivery driver said he tried to deliver the package total lie , I was home he never rang the doorbell, because the dog would have gone nuts and he can wake up the dead when someone ring the doorbell , and now they in an email that I can go pick up the package I don't want it let them hold it for 5 days lol there nothing like rotting crawfish smells awful

I am not sure who is in charge of deliveries in Irvington NJ. So this review will go on each location. This is the 3rd package this week that has not been delivered or missed delivered or missing! 2 of my packages said they were signed and retrieved by me and they were not delivered. I also sent them to TWO different addresses due to unreliable deliveries. One I had to place a claim and the second I may have to place another claim soon. I went to the facility and 1 of the packages they said someone left in the truck. Come to find out that they couldn't find the packages. This is RIDICULOUS! I will advise that company's stop using fedEx as a delivery option due to the fact that , they never reach the destination, & that a lot of claims will be in action due to the fact of missing packages. I am extremely upset because it is my Birthday month and these packages are For my Birthday! I know covid has a huge affect on this, but they need to update status to advise for pick up instead of providing false deliveries. Update: Went down yesterday afternoon, Lady in the office was trying to help, but they STILL couldn't find my package. Waited forever for a manager that DID not come out to speak to me about the missing 3 packages. What are your employees doing with these packages! I really do not understand! I'm highly upset

So the driver lies about the delivery attempt! And then the call center people tell me that the only option is to "see" if the driver will re-deliver on the same day. But I was home all day long for a package I need for the next day! This is the most unprofessional Fed Ex ever! Good luck with getting your packages in time!
