I had a great experience today! The drive up unit is very convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly!!! Sasha was a great help and got me set up quickly. I would definitely recommend to others.

If I could give zero stars to this facility I would. These positive reviews on here I’m SURE are fake. These are NOT real customers. If they are, they were paid to write these glowing reviews.This facility is something else. I’m new to this facility but not new to Extra Space Storage. The only problem I’ve had with them is the insane price increases, hence why I’m moving again but overall they’ve been okay. This facility has been the worse hands-down.First, I call them to ask a question about my unit before I moved in. The lady picks up the phone, puts it on hold, then hangs up. I call again. She picked up again and asked me my unit number. Before I could even take 1 second to look for it in my phone, she hangs up again. I call a third time. She acknowledged she hung up previously but said it was because I was taking too long to answer. She hung up after like 1 second, not even!Then today, 1/28/3024, I went to the facility to begin moving things in. I went at around 3pm. Interestingly, the front gate was open and no code was needed to get to my unit. I go later at around 7pm. This time the gate is closed. I put in my code, multiple times. The code is not working. I call corporate customer service. They gave me a temporary code. I put it in. Nothing. The phone rep tried to contact the General Manager. No response. I had no other choice but to go home even with my car full of things I needed to unload. I am furious right now because my time is money and I’m paying to access the unit from 6am-10pm 7 days.I personally think the code box does not work and that is why the gate was open earlier in the day. People probably have problems with it. But once night came, somebody who works there, most likely, decided to come close it but didn’t bother to tell us the code box doesn’t work.Wait til I call them tomorrow morning and ring them out. I’m furious.
