This is probably the most disorganized Dunkin’ nearby. Working here was terrible; the manager argued with costumers, nobody did their job right, and it was always so messy. There’s a lot of people in training here so do expect to get your order made wrong at some point.If you’re going to Dunkin’ go to the big one or the baby one on the boulevard down the street. They have friendlier costumer service and are really helpful if they do make your order wrong.

This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had at a dunkin. There was no line and i had to wait 15 minutes for a singular coffee, which they made WRONG. They were out of all flavors but blueberry and plain. One star.

Large cup is filled halfway with ice. Paying for frozen water. DD, please ask us at POS how much ice we need. Don't assume we want to buy ice when ice is free at home.

Today was absolutely unacceptable. I walked in and notice 3 people on the line without a mask on. where food is being served . I myself had a mask on because I was not vaccinated as of yet . A man was behind me yelling hurry up you asking to many questions. As if I dont have the right to especially dealing with covid that proven to be deadly. But my point is I'm doing it for my safety and others what if I decide very easily not to wear my mask cause I see everyone elsa comfortable with there's off ??♀️

Rush hour or non rush hour in some days here for a coffee takes almost 30mins wait time. Very poor service and not organized unless you order through online.
