Spoke over the phone wanting to know if they are able to replace a part in my car. Guy over the phone was very rude telling me I don't know what actually needs to be fixed and wanted me to come in and pay 115$ for him to hook up his computer. I knew exactly what was the issue and didn't need the condescending voice of someone trying to make more money off a driver. I called a different mechanic and was told to come right over. They replaced the necessary part and now my car is in full working order. Absurd.

This is a highly experienced team lead by Bobby (Bobbie ?)Great communication, excellent customer service, great troubleshooting skills.Came here for a state inspection, they had problems trying to get their computer to talk to the car, and figured out what the problem was (in the car) and got it to work.I'll come back here again

Brought in my Cadillac CTS because it was running extremely rich and know it's computer related. Was told the guy would be able to diagnose the issue no problem and that he was very knowledgeable. Turns out the guy doesn't even know what an oil catch can is. Charged me $135 for telling me that I needed a catalytic converter, which I already knew, and because of a non-stock pcv hose that, turns out, wasn't even leaking. Just another parts changer mechanic.

If I don't have time to travel to Costco (off RT22) I buy my gas here. Cheapest gas around, quick and friendly service. Yes, it can be tricky to enter and exit, but the recent re-laning of Morris Avenue helps a bit.

I highly recommend Bobbie and his team at Double D in Union, NJ. I recently needed a new motor for my Jeep --- a car I absolutely love and will not part with! I had brought it to the dealer, who gave me a very high price, so I wanted a second opinion. Bobbie was recommended by someone I trust, so I brought the Jeep to his service station. He did a thorough diagnosis of the problem, then let me know what had to be done and why. There was no pressure, just information to help me decide. I really appreciated that. I went for the engine replacement. Bobbie's price was significantly lower than the dealer, which I also appreciated. He kept me up-to-date on the work and delivered the completed job earlier than expected. When I went to pick up the Jeep, Bobbie and his staff showed me the old engine and walked me through what they had found. The cost was what we had discussed and agreed upon. They instructed me on how best to break in the new engine. I've had the Jeep back for a week and it's running beautifully. I'm so thankful that I found Bobbie and his team!

Watch them like a hawk! I thought he pumped on one pump but he insisted he used the on next to it 8.6 gallons vs 5.8. I did the math and there is NO WAY he pumped 8.6 gallons. I traveled 228 miles on a full tank in a car that gets 38.2 mpg... I would like to think it was a mistake but his his unwillingness to admit this makes me think fraud.
