Little kids running the store with bad attitude don’t give a dam about customers satisfaction 3 times I ran for the same product with something wrong and end up didn’t buy it never again in that franchise

When I, a Black woman, entered the store two employees were beside the main entrance talking. I walked in and looked at them and John T looked at me and didn’t say anything. One second after that, a white gentleman walked in behind me and John T said “Hello Sir, how are you doing today. Can I help you with anything?” I turned around and left the store. Very dissatisfying experience to have in 2023. All customers should be greeting in the same manner despite appearance of age, gender, and race.
