The owner is nice and knowledgeable. No jobs are small for him - repairs, watch battery replacement, as well as nice designed jewelry. Alex is a great jeweler!

The most trusted jeweler I have ever met - Alex!!! He specializes in custom jewelry. When my beloved Mother passed away, I inherited her engagement ring along with my Grandmother's engagement ring. I wanted to keep the rings intact. Alex helped create a 3 generation ring that includes my Mom, Grandmother and a third ring to tie it all together beautifully. I go to Alex for all my jewelry needs. There's nothing he can't create or fix!

I went there because I called and the owner said he had an item in stock. He did not have it. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing with the guy who runs this place, Alex. I left believing the jewelry work he did for me would be $100 but he wanted $150 when I picked it up. I also sold him some gold that I should have gotten $538 for. He gave me $496. I did not have the time to argue with him but he really tried to bully me into believing I was mistaken. I am sure I was not wrong but chalked the $92 loss up to experience and will leave this review for others.

They are a rip-off. I initially went there to get the proper weight of a 14k necklace and was told that it was 11grams. Then went back to sell the same necklace for cash to put towards a new one and was told it was 7grams. How is that possible? After questioning him, he spoke to his wife in their native language I’m assuming... and then he asked me to go somewhere else. Quite honestly I think the store is a front, cause no one goes there.

This is a great store with the most unique jewelry items and custom jewelry. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased some beautiful pieces for my son's birthday which he so loved. A great little place in town. Quality at it's best and not the run of the mill items. There is a catalogue as well which includes thousands of items which can be ordered. Thanks to the owner!
