I asked the pharmacist for assistance getting a locked item from pain relief aisle.Told her exactly what I needed she repeated it and then ignored my request. Had to search the store for assistance. There were 3 people up front, one behind the registers one by the photo area and one I in the customer are by the registers. She eventually helped me. When I went to pay, the one behind the register was still there she told the other one to help me, who went straight for the self check out.

If I can give zero stars I would. The associates are rude. Jose just stands around while the cashier Dismisses me in the middle of helping me stops helping me and takes care the next customer. I asked Jose if he can help me while she takes care of the other customers he told me it is not his job. The cashier then tells me I’m going to have to cancel the order because the machine is not working but it is just jammed and she does it incorrectly I tried to advise her and tell her there is away to do it as I used to do it when I worked at cvs. She told me to stop rushing her that she is busy and I’m making her nervous but I was just trying to help her. She does not know how to be in customer service and does not know how to talk to customers. Jose does not want to do his job just stands around walking around doing nothing.

To AYOOLA FREJMI - arrogant person, psychologically incapable of serving the public, poorly educated, incompetent, disrespectful, inhuman,
On Monday 3/18 I received a very complete ENT surgery, solving many problems, very complicated. After the hospital I went to pick up the medicines with my husband. We were attended to by AYOOLA FREJMI (PHARMACIST - MANAGER). We used the drive-thru. She handed me the antibiotics, ibuprofen. Oxycodonx was also ordered in case of extreme pain. She said she didn't have it in stock. I asked her to go to another pharmacy since I didn't want to run the risk of feeling pain and not having the medicine. She told me that I had to ask the doctor to send me the referral to another pharmacy. I told her that it was in the system that I didn't need another referral (I already know about that system from past experiences) she continued saying no, she told me had a lot of people on the line to serve. I was bleeding from my nose at that time but I started talking to her and she continued repeating the same thing. I told her that at the time she was there I no longer had the option to call the doctor. She left the window and went to attend to someone else, cutting off my attention without bothering to find a solution for me, knowing that she had left the hospital and seeing my situation. I didn't move from there and I requested another person to attend to me. Another very kind employee checked the system and told me to come back in 1 hour because the medicine was there. My response was, what? How is it possible that the pharmacist in charge told me that there was none and she was telling me that there was? An absurd and ridiculous situation. I leave there, I get home and I get the message that the medicine was ready. We went to the pharmacy again when I should have been completely resting. This time I entered the pharmacy, I sat down, the line of people waiting to be served was very long, maybe 10 people, but she kindly helped me. I was talking exclusively to her but the pharmacist in charge was shouting from the other side because I was asking the other person what the attitude problem was that the other person was having towards me. She responded that they had a lot of work and something else about her being punctual. In short, the pharmacist in charge saw and knew that the medicine was in stock, but I think that due to the fact that there were many people, she did not want to take the trouble to treat me as she should. And she preferred to lie to my face. Days before my operation I went to pick up other medicines and that same person attended to me but always with a bad attitude. I would be more than pleased if this person did not work more with attention to the public, she is an arrogant person, psychologically incapable of serving the public, poorly educated, incompetent, disrespectful, inhuman, without ethics to her profession, a shame to her co-workers and to the career she chose. And all of this that I am expressing must be recorded on the CVS cameras that do not let me lie to a single detail or word of what happened. Outrageous, I am 50 years old and I can defend myself, but if an elderly person goes or a person who cannot express themselves due to language or other circumstances, they have no other solution than to leave without their medicine and believe the absurdity of this “person.” (Person I don't think would be the right term for her). Thank you for the time to express my self.

The customer service representative was very helpful and courteous. She guided me through the process of using my CVS refund credit . It was my first time paying with that type of card.
I was grateful for her patience and professionalism. Thank you CVS for the high quality customer service that is displayed by your employees each time I visit the Maggie avenue branch?

I had a bad experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Rahway Ave in Elizabeth. I waited for an hour in line to get my medicine because they only had one cashier. I ended up without my medicine, and I received a message saying it was ready. They need to have more personnel because they closed the CVS on South Elmora Ave, and they have more customers now, so they need more people taking care of the pharmacy. It’s a shame they closed that CVS on Elmora. It was a great place to go and I never had a problem.

This is my closest cvs, the one I’ve always been, the new kids they are hiring answered a question I had, very sarcastically and unprofessional. Please pay attention to employees attitudes and how they communicate with customers! Very unpleasant moment there!
