I am absolutely appalled by the pharmacy. Very rude employees and pharmacists. They are not helpful at all. They catch an attitude with customers and are even bold enough to make certain rude comments so that customers hear them. Enough is enough. CVS needs to get it together and understand what professionalism is.

Went to this CVS because online it says they have money gram service and as a former employee of CVS for 13 years, I knew that they sold money orders as well. When I asked the cashier they tell me that they do not do money orders and I could go to the post office for one. If that’s the case then please fix the information on google because it was a complete waste of time.

Cvs Pharmacy is horrible !! They don't try to offer other alternatives to the medication that my insurance is not approving! If my doctor recommends something it's not approved! Medicare is new for me and it's Sad Sad that my much needed Cholesterol medication went from 0.00 to $102 !! It's outrageous to the seniors !!

Messages!!! What kind of customer service is this?!? It is disgraceful!!!!!!

So I went to pharmacy to get medication and noticed that they stolen 7 pills from my bottle. Do not tell me you miss counted. So count your meds before you leave..

I waited quite sometime for a product that was locked in a cabinet. More employees are needed for the evening shifts. Also, your staff should be more friendly and show more courtesy. "A thank you for shopping" and a smile goes a long way.

Today was a delightful experience, got a discount which the cashier helped me with. Not usual, pharmacy usually understaffed or does not have meds, I do sometimes if I make a stink am able to go to an;other CVS to pick up.

It’s horrible when you call to the pharmacy no one answers and you have to wait for about 1 hour or more to hear back from them really bad system they have implemented

i came to get Tylenol for infant my daughter who is sick and was sleeping for me to bring her down to the store and i am pregnant I decided to go thru the drive thru that said “now sold at drive- thru” and the pharmacist refused to sell me it and said i would have to go down and get it myself. even though i came before to this location and they gave it to me through the drive thru but different pharmacist it was 9:55pm and was waiting until 10:21 just for him to say that to me. at least hire someone that honors store advertising.i asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor.

They need to pave the cement in front of the store. It looks terrible. I come here often to get meds. This is unacceptable for union township.

The Board of Pharmacy should shut them down from stealing controlled prescriptions, fraudulent activity, and holding medication for the highest bidder. This will all come to light soon and very soon.

This review is just re: pharmacy:
Can’t get through to the pharmacy via phone and they’re very busy
But the pharmacist Maieta was very nice and helpful. The cashier was nice and respectful. It’s just crazy busy there. Be prepared to wait, bring a book, take deep breaths.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are all so rude and unprofessional as well. They will hang up on you and then lie to you face to face. Nobody knows what they're doing here. It's very disappointing.
