I want to say Thank you to one one of your colleague for such customer service. When you encounter an individual who is willing to go out of his way to help another person. You have to appreciate that. Thank you Mr. James Charneco at the five point branch.Sincerely,Arlene T.

Moved my accounts both business and personal when HCBK merged should have done it earlier. No fees no minimums Taursha opened my accounts and everything went so smooth, James and Ceu did great with my accounts along with the tellers that I visit a few times every week. I highly recommend this bank

Excellent bank! Hardly any minimums to open a checking and savings accounts. No fees for transferring money either. No ATM fees, unless using a machine with outside bank. Online banking and mobile deposit is always available and their app works very well. They even offer IRA CD investment accounts. Much better than than those large corporate banks! Always great customer service too! They are also open on Saturday mornings. My only gripe is that check deposits made either on a Friday or Saturday have a long hold time and funds not available until the following Tues or Wed. But, overall, an excellent bank!

So, I received a check. Long story short, they won't cash a check if I'm not a member of the bank. BUT THE CHECK WAS ISSUED BY THIS BANK. FOOLISHNESS
