After speaking with Tyler it was an easy decision to order my ConnecTen service, the RV park I’m staying at removed their WiFi provider and I had to do something. Upon receiving my browser, simply plugged it in and after about 15 minutes , I’ve had uninterrupted 5G service for work and entertainment! Thank you Tyler!!

I had a friend and fellow RVer who swore by this service so I decided to give it a try and see how it went. I am still in the testing phase to see if it truly suits my needs but I can safely say their support is stellar; I'm able to get someone via phone, email, or chat (on their website) in a manner of minutes. I use mobile internet in my motorhome for just about everything so this is very helpful.

I’ve been a customer since April and have been very happy with the service! Tyler was very attentive to me and did a great job reaching out to make sure the router and the service were working as expected.
We’re camping off and on this summer and having internet always available for working and streaming has been great. No more hot spotting from my phone every time I need to get online. Connecten makes it so seamless!

Hello! We travel a couple of times a month with our travel trailer. I have to work remote for a call center occasionally so I need the ability to be connected quickly and we also stream TV and do social media so Internet is definitely a necessity for us..
I've been using another brand for a year with pretty good success and it is a 4G router with multi networks.
For a hobby I install, Test, review RV products . So I contacted.ConnecTen and told them what I do and they were not scared in anyway. The router that I have been using as a category seven router that is LTE only. ConnecTen's router is a category 20 and also multi network... and oh my goodness the ConnecTen router FAST! I am up here in the winter Wonderland of Michigan and this thing is consistently quick in my area.. 160 down and 20-45 up.
SPECIAL NOTE: Something very important to know is that you cannot be Speedtest on how good a mobile Internet service is. You need to pay your decisions on consistent signal quality, and then look at the speed. I've been on phone calls with techService and the engineering team for this company and their system doesn't just pick "the fastest tower " their system selects signal integrity first and speed is a factor in that decision but signal quality is what matters..
You can have a very fast system on the down side, but a slow Upload side and you will know it when you're doing a Google search you will see the little wheel just spin and spin and spin.
Of all of the systems I've tested that are cellular based. This is the best on the market. Just plug it in and let it do its work. One other note as you travel and you pull into a campground and plug the router in it will take a solid 3 to 5 minutes for it to give you the best signal quality as it will search and test local providers so be patient at start up. And by the way you can use it going down the road like I do…
Well, I took this unit out of the box. It literally took five minutes to get it up and running and connected to everything.
This is the simplest mobile Internet on the market!

We love conneCten we have a 42 ft fifth wheel with travel around this great United States with or usually in Ohio in the summertime and travel to warmer weather October through April we've had some issues when we get the new places we try it if it doesn't work very well we simply call customer service within a few minutes we have full service and it works wonderful

Part-time camping, full time worker. We're glad to have found this internet service thanks to Life Redesigned (YouTube). We camp two weekends a month and have needed an updated cellular router and this ConnecTen Internet service fills that void perfectly.
So far we used it in West Michigan, and it has been very strong. we are in a somewhat remote location in the Ludington State Park area, we're pulling down 48Mbps with an upload speed of only 8 Mbps but we are in the middle of the forest here so I'm not disappointed at all.
Our best was speeds were165Mbps down and 36Mbps up while streaming.
This is a good company to do business with, they have a good product backed up by a good service, it is extremely portable. We just leave it plugged in in our RV and wherever we go we have service.!
There is no set up. There is no 200 foot cable to stretch out through the field, it simply works when it's plugged in!
Very happy R.V.-Camper here!
Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

About 4 years ago I moved to a very rural area in South Central Virginia. I needed internet service and sourced out and tried many different services and was very disappointed in what I received. Internet was almost non existent. Talked with many engineers to be told it was hopeless because of my location and distance from the towers. Now to the present. I came across through web surfing, a company that offered some hope - Connecten Internet. I said what the heck let’s try it. I put in a call to Tyler who answered questions and provided info I wanted to hear. So I am now a happy Connecten Internet user. Needless to say, Tyler and Connecten didn’t let me down. I now have a stable connection and service I haven’t had in 4 years. If you live in a rural area like I do and are not happy with your service provider, I recommend your next call be to Connecten Internet and speak with Tyler. He, in all liklihood, has a plan to fit your needs. I’m sure you will be happy with your decision! Robert H.

I looked a long time for a service that we could use in our camper that was easy and convenient to use. ConnecTen is it. My husband can use his computer without asking me to set up a Hotspot for him. The kids can watch TV without having to connect a tablet or phone to stream. It is one less thing I have to worry about when we are on the road.

We are on our first RV trip and it is nice to know that even when traveling we have WiFi with Connecten. We have had some small connection issues at one RV park. Tyler is great about making sure that all is working well and even called me to see how things were going. He said that I should have called him immediately when I had any issues so that they could work to resolve it. So, my bad for not calling. I love the service and the attention from Tyler. I would recommend Connecten to anybody!
